Balticbar In Milano

Dinner for three. First time at a Scandinavian restaurant, with initial skepticism given the menu pairings. The dishes, however, were excellently cooked and presented, expertly paired with unique sauces with delicate and harmonious flavors. An excellent dinner, beyond all expectations. The venison tartare with quail egg, lamb rump, and cod were particularly appreciated. The salmon was also appreciated. Recommended.
