El personal y el propietario (Massimo) en Baldovino eran conocedores y atentos. Cuando llegamos para nuestra reserva (hecha un mes antes) – ya sabían acerca de las alergias alimentarias de mi hija a los lácteos y frutos secos de árbol (Latte y Frutti di Guscio) . No solo conocían los ingredientes exactos y cómo se preparaban los platos, sino que también entendían el riesgo de contaminación cruzada. También le recomendó los menús más sabrosos que también incluían lo que estaba en temporada: alcachofas para que pudiera experimentar la gran cocina toscana. Tenían grandes recomendaciones y también recetas alteradas con los alérgenos para que mi hija pudiera tener una gran experiencia y una comida aún mejor! ¡Pregunta por Massimo y él te cuidará como a la familia!

Gute Hausgemachte Speisen, nette und kompetente Bedienung. Restaurant ist sehr verwinkelt und hat nicht so grosse Räume. Ist sehr Romantisch und kein Gedränge.

Three of us including our friend of 90 years had a really nice time and meal at Baldovino today. The waitstaff were friendly, attentive, and polite. The pizza was really delicious as was the spaghetti carbona. We finished our meal with a slice of authentic cheesecake with berries. We appreciate so much the waiter ordering a cab for us. I highly recommend for quality, price and a nice dining atmosphere.

This was my family's top meal in Italy. The pasta was fresh, the pizza was incredible. But what made this meal 5 out of 5 was the amazing service and hospitality we received. Our meal at Baldovino Bistrot was a highlight of our trip, and something I will never forget. Grazie grazie mille!
