Excellent place to visit if you pass through Cuneo

Highly recommended, always a guaranteed hit. The chicken sandwich is truly fantastic, well-made and very tasty. The beer is obviously excellent, but my favorite thing is the staff: they're always friendly and approachable, making you feel right at home without being overly formal. ​The perfect atmosphere for a quiet evening.

We dined at Baladin on Valentine's Day, and I can honestly say it's vastly overrated. The digital menu definitely needs improvement; the vegetarian options aren't listed, only the vegan ones. Furthermore, there are no photos, which would definitely give a better idea of ​​what you're ordering. A prime example is the Fatate. We've never been to this pub, so we assumed they were fries to go with a burger, but no, they're just bagged fries, definitely more appropriate for an aperitif. So, we ate these two portions of fries with a sprinkling of paprika and grated cheese on top. They were supposed to be cacio e pepe, but there was no trace of pepper. The tomino burger was good, average. Prices are very high for the products offered. In conclusion, we won't be returning.
