I went yesterday with friends. I found it to be a really nice place, with excellent, friendly, and pleasant service. The food was good, there was a good selection, and the fish was fresh. I was particularly impressed by the first courses, the gnocchi. The desserts are not to be underestimated. I'll definitely be back.

A truly wonderful discovery. A place steeped in history (see photos). A tasting menu where every ingredient contributes to the finesse and flavor of the dishes. Highly recommended.

Welcoming, kind, and professional service. Being celiac, I went in a little discouraged, expecting the usual response, but no! Much to my surprise, the gluten-free menu was amazing, I highly recommend it.

Tasting menu. The beetroot risotto with shrimp and tuna fillet with crushed almonds were especially delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and the waitresses were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable for the quality.

Atmosphere and Sophistication The atmosphere of this place is truly welcoming, with soft lighting, thoughtful details, and antiques. The service is attentive and fast. The menu offers a wide selection, with many interesting options. There's also the option of a tasting menu. We were served a complimentary soup with herbs from the chef's garden. I had two octopus dishes, both very good and tasty: • Greek-style octopus, braised in merlot and then grilled, served on a rosemary chickpea cream and a dusting of sweet paprika. • Carnaroli risotto creamed with Barbera d'Alba, crispy octopus, and citrus zest. The dessert was very special: pear glazed with Passito di Pantelleria wine, crumble, and caramelized figs with citrus. They asked us if we wanted to try a liqueur made by the chef, so we accepted, thinking it was free, but instead we ended up paying €6 a glass. This last detail was a bit of a sour note in an excellent dinner; it should have been mentioned. We spent €60 each with just one glass of wine. A bit pricey.

18/01/2026: Very nice place with quick, friendly service. Interesting wine selection, including some craft beers. I didn't have dinner, but the aperitif was delicious and plentiful. Congratulations!
04/01/2026: The place doesn't have many seats, but it's still nice. What we ordered turned out good, although the portions were a bit frugal. The price is medium-high.

Trattoria Cornua

25/02/2026: It's a trattoria consisting of an entrance hall (with a bar) and a large dining room whose acoustics, when full, leave a bit to be desired. The strong point is the price: if I'm not mistaken, we spent €25 each for appetizers, a first course, and a second course. The food was decent, the wine simple, but not a headache. The appetizer consisted of a few slices of cured meat (coppa, low-quality cooked ham, salami) and cheese (not bad). The first courses: pasta with pesto, with a very pale and flavorless pesto, good ravioli with ragù sauce, decent baked lasagna. The second courses: meat only, a good veal with tuna sauce or roast. Going to Trattoria Cornua is a bit like going back in time: an '80s trattoria with home-style cooking, more focused on quantity than quantity, but authentic. The staff is a bit cold, but courteous. If I ever pass through those parts, I'll go back.
11/01/2026: Excellent business lunch at a great price, and on nice days there's a great panoramic view.
