On Sundays the service due to two shifts is not perfect. But overall it's a great place. There are experienced staff and the food is good

2 months ago I went by chance and was fascinated by the place, the restaurant, the dishes. Yesterday I returned with friends and they too were very satisfied with everything. Highly recommended👍👍

We were there last Sunday with friends, what can I say? ..a really nice surprise this place! Kind and smiling waitress all the time, generous food, the polenta taragna with the Barolo stew, the minced donkey, the cheeses and a good wine made the day unforgettable! We will definitely return and maybe next time we will even stop to sleep. Thanks to Cai Mottarone.

Pizzeria Ristorante Centrale

18/03/2025: Great food, beautiful presentation and good location of the restaurant. We We took risotto, polenta and tagliatta. Everything was at the highest level, the dishes were delicious. I recommend trying the risotto, it's delicious. The restaurant is not cheap, but it's worth it. The wine is also of good quality👍🍷 We were lucky and on a very busy day we managed to find a table at this restaurant.
17/03/2025: Enjoyed a couple of nice dinners here in our trip to Stresa! Great food and wine! Recommend the steak and mixed ham/cheese starter. And save some space for the deserts - they were fantastic (and I am not a desert person). Nice friendly atmosphere and friendly staff! I recommend booking a table - as it gets busy!

Ristorante Pizzeria Lago

17/02/2025: Le restaurant offre une carte variée. Les pizzas y sont très savoureuses mais les autres mets sont encore meilleurs. Ayant eu la chance de my rendre plusieurs fois, j'ai pu déguster de très bonnes entrées servient dans des assiettes originales. Les primis et secondi sont encore meilleurs. Les desserts sont fait maison et mettent une excellente touche finale au repas. Le service est au niveau des plats proposés avec une belle touche de sympathie. J'y retournerai avec beaucoup de plaisir. Attention, très fréquenté. Il est préférable de réserver mais le personnel trouve toujours une solution.
20/12/2024: Dopo un bel aperitivo abbiamo visto che cera pure al Mercoledì la Paella con frutti di mare e carne, una parte ha preso il solito pesce fritto pure molto buono
