We stayed for nearly 2 hours at the Malga Sanon. Beautiful location, extremely kind and nice staff, relaxing views on an incredible sunny day... and the best Kaiserschmarrn. Delicious.

We ordered a board of local products and some chips to snack on in the middle of the route. The service from Harold, a Peruvian waiter living in the area, was excellent. The views from the site are unbeatable. Highly recommended to stop for a drink.

A mountain hut in Alpe di Siusi. You can get there by taking the chairlift near the Alpi di Siusi cable car, making the descent easier. Good service and excellent morning exposure to the sun. To stop peacefully and have a good strudel and a cappuccino.

Excellent quality food, very spacious, also for families and dogs. Very popular, so booking is recommended, otherwise you will have to wait a few minutes in line. Highly recommended. In photo roe deer goulash 😋

19/08/2024: Large shaded courtyard, many tables inside and some on the roadside, towards the river. Good dishes, plentiful and decent quality, the breaded pork cutlet was not excellent, however the homemade venison sauce was good. The beer is excellent and the service is fast.
18/08/2024: Nice Forstbräu beer garden. Fast service, very good stone oven pizzas. Well attended, it's worth ordering in advance during peak times, otherwise you might end up queuing. Sometimes a bit louder street noise. We would like to eat there again.

07/07/2024: We visited the restaurant some time ago and we still remember it as one of the very best restaurant experiences ever. Superb cooking from hyper local ingredients. We didn't have any expectations but we were totally amazed. Should have more than 1 star
02/07/2024: Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Parkhotel Holzner und gleich am ersten Abend zu einem 7 Gänge Menü im "1908". Man kann es gar nicht in Worte fassen, was hier gezaubert wird. Jeder Gang ein kulinarischer Höhepunkt. Mein Mann hatte die begleitenden Weine - auch hier: Eine ausgefallene Weinauswahl nach der anderen. Ich bin Vegetarierin und es war für das Team, meine Gänge "umzustellen". Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir am anderen Abend gleich wieder einen Tisch bestellt haben. Und jetzt die Überraschung: Ich bekam ein komplett neues Menü ohne Fleisch und Fisch. Und es hiess einfach: Na, das haben wir doch gerne gemacht. So wohl gefühlt haben wir uns in einem Sternelokal noch nie.
