Very nice, delightful, well furnished and welcoming environment, with very kind staff attentive to every need. We took some syrups, with elderberry and raspberry, really very good, accompanied by crazy yogurt, as well as the very, very good strudel! The Baita is an excellent starting point to reach, via a route with a strong and constant slope, the beautiful Lakes of Olbe (there are no refreshment points at the lakes, so bring plenty of water and food). This cabin is excellently managed. Organization, cleanliness, raw materials make this restaurant truly a stop worth trying in a place surrounded by nature. Oasi di pace, posto bello e accogliente, facilmente raggiungibile anche in auto. Inizialmente ci siamo concessi un po di relax immersi nel verde a bordo fiume e poi abbiamo pranzato nel rifugio. Molto carino e tradizionale, così come i piatti proposti. Consigliatissimo.
