Slopes in excellent condition and also the possibility of going up with skins or snowshoes on recommended routes. Excellent reception both at the bar in the valley and at Pian Croesio. Highly recommended.

Today we ate lunch at the refuge... Polenta concia and non... Sausage... Roast.... Bagna cauda... Fondue.... Everything super good.... The discount initiative during the week was great.... We will definitely be back!

11/06/2025: If you're looking for peace and quiet, an incredibly flower-rich natural setting for hiking, and exceptional food, then please check in at Locanda Mistral. The people were incredibly kind and attentive, and we had a culinary journey that will stay with us for a long time. The wines were excellent. Please come to the Piedmont Valley and bring it back to life.
03/06/2025: I had a great stay at Mistral! Thank you Manuela, Renato and the great team! The food is unbelievably great, I love atmosphere of the old posto tapa building and the new sauna is the cherry on top!
