A must-try restaurant if you visit Verona. The service is excellent, very attentive and professional from the moment you walk through the door. The food is delicious. We tried the following dishes, which I highly recommend: 1. Fried egg with creamed potatoes, herbs, and Parmesan cheese 2. Sliced ​​horse steak (the first time we've tried horse meat, and we can say it won't be the last; it's exquisite) 3. Grandmother's cake (one of the best we've ever eaten) Regarding the prices, we thought they were fair in relation to the dishes we ordered.

We visited here for lunch and were delighted by the delicious dishes. I particularly like the beef tartare, one of the best I've ever eaten! The service and ambiance also impressed us. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Verona.

Hidden away this Restaurant is a Gem. Not a tourist trap but a fabulous traditional style restaurant with an authentic menu that’s not over complex but delivers to the eye and to every mouthful enjoyed. We went to Trattoria la Pigna in downtown Verona. It's a great place to stop for an aperitivo and then finish with dinner. Excellent dishes and an interesting wine list. The selection of cured meats and cheeses is worth trying, including the horse steak tagliata, and finally the cheesecake. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I'll definitely be back.

The food was absolutely delicious, I had duck tortellini which was the best duck I've ever tasted. It was so smooth that it literally melted in my mouth. The waiters were also really nice and extremely kind, even though there were only two on that day they still managed to be attentive to us and remembered our orders perfectly, meanwhile uplifting the mood by some great smiles. They could perfectly speak English, so communicating was easy. The atmosphere inside the place was also fantastic - perfect for a date.

We appreciated the generosity of the place: air conditioning, good bread brought to the table, good olive oil, the best vitello tonnato I've ever eaten, the tiramisu, which looked softer, was actually more substantial but still very good. Very friendly staff who spoke several languages. Pleasant Italian music. Highly recommended!
