The menu has always been the same for years apart from a couple of dishes of the day. However, the food is excellent, the location wonderful and the staff very kind and attentive. Advised.

La Baita Hermitage è un ristorante storico sopra Courmayeur, condotto in maniera esemplare .
La polenta concia , gli umidi sono davvero buoni come gli antipasti e il resto della proposta gastronomica.
La baita è tenuta benissimo , pulita e curata . Personale simpatico e sempre propositivo , prezzi corretti.
Sono decenni che vengo in questo posto accogliente e continuerò a frequentarlo.

Excellent typical Aosta Valley restaurant.
Here you can breathe the air of an old-time Aosta Valley restaurant. Rustic setting, in an enviable position, facing Mont Blanc, with easy parking.
Truly quality food: polenta (obviously), Aosta Valley polenta, and even Parisian escargot (if you love that kind) are recommended.

Lovely hut with typical dishes and fair prices.
The thing that amazes the most is certainly the friendliness and kindness of the staff (absolutely atypical in Val D'Aosta).
The prices are fair and the dishes good and tasty organized in a very varied menu.
