Baita situata in mezzo ai boschi, posto incantevole ma quando si arriva in macchina peccato che nel parcheggio ci vuole la torcia perchè è buio pesto. La baita è molto accogliente, il personale gentile e i piatti sono quelli tipici della zona ma molto ben cucinati. Polenta concia e non accompagnata da diversi tipi di carni è il piatto principale poi ovviamente ci sono altre proposte in menù e fuori menù. Prezzi nella media.

Excellent restaurant in which to savor Aosta Valley cuisine, all the dishes are well designed and the value for money is very good especially taking into account the area. Magical location, perched on the mountain facing the majesty of Mont Blanc. The polenta is unforgettable as are the Aosta Valley crepes. Quick and courteous service.

We arrived without a reservation and they did everything they could to give us a table inside.
Service that you hardly find in other restaurants.
Excellent typical food and suggestive location with a crazy view.

Fantastic place with spectacular views, the dishes are excellent, plentiful and of good quality. The staff is very very kind and courteous, the only flaw in my opinion... the price is slightly above average.

Ovviamente baita caratteristica ed accogliente.
Menù variegato con "importantissimo" cibo da asporto da gustare nelle sdraio/sedie messe a disposizione in una bella radura con panorama incredibile sul Monte Bianco.
Piatto tipico la polenta concia o con salsiccia.
Proprietario accogliente e servizio rapido.

We recently stayed at Baita Ermitage and we can only thank all the staff for making our stay so unforgettable. The unique location overlooking Mont Blanc is simply breathtaking and won us over from the first moment.
The restaurant is of the highest quality and gave us moments of pure culinary pleasure. But what made our experience truly special was the attention and welcome of all the staff, who made us feel truly at home.

Very nice and welcoming place with tables inside and outside and a spectacular view of the Mont Blanc group.
Excellent food and impeccable service!
Don't miss appetizers with goose pâté and hot toasted black bread croutons and finally fresh raspberry tart.
