One of our favorite places to stay in the Valley, a cabin with a wooden ceiling and traditional furnishings. Upstairs, there's a large, beautiful fireplace. The food is delicious, and after a long hike, especially in the cold, it's truly comforting and invigorating. This time, we had a cured meats appetizer (served with the characteristic giardiniera), a Taleggio cheese and berry risotto, and a braised beef with polenta.

After a walk, it's the ideal place to refresh yourself and warm up. The food is good and the welcome is warm. The staff is kind and helpful. The braised meat is truly tender, accompanied by polenta with a delicious sauce.

A very beautiful lodge with very friendly staff. We had lunch there on a Sunday afternoon after returning from a hike. The food was excellent, including the braised beef with polenta and cake. The service was also quick and attentive, and the prices were also very reasonable. Dogs are allowed.

We stopped in after our hike and had a delicious meal. We'd be happy to go back. We were in the area again a week ago while hiking, and we were once again very pleased with the delicious food. The pizzoccheri was very good.

The refuge is beautiful and the atmosphere is pleasant. We really appreciate the house wine and the desserts, which are truly excellent.
Unfortunately, the main courses were a bit disappointing. The portions aren't as generous as you'd expect from a trattoria or mountain refuge. The polenta, while good, was also a bit bland.
Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's room for improvement, especially in the cuisine.

After a long hike towards the stone flower, we had lunch at this charming cabin.
We arrived hungry, so we decided to order: an appetizer, two tagliatelle with mushrooms, two polenta uncia (a kind of polenta), one braised meat, and one sausage, complete with dessert. The whole thing cost us €120.
The tagliatelle were excellent, as was the polenta uncia and everything else. The characteristic cheese flavor of the polenta was noticeable, and the soufflé was overflowing with delicious chocolate cream.
There was plenty of seating to choose from; the tables were fairly long and in the shade.
The waitress who served us was quick and kind, and made sure we wanted for nothing.
An absolute must-try experience.
