A basic inn, service could be improved, and food is good. Prices are average. The view is exceptional, almost breathtaking.

Small, friendly hotel: rooms for 2 or 4 people with bathroom, and some with balconies and mountain views. Breakfast included, wifi ok, parking in front of the hotel, and pets allowed free of charge. Restaurant on the ground floor (good food and very practical for the evening), sauna and jacuzzi available (by reservation with supplement), and magnificent view of Lake Como!! The two of us are here on our motorcycles. The approach was problem-free. The switchbacks were fun. The refuge is highly recommended. The service was very friendly, and we hardly had to wait. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The view of the lake and the mountains is spectacular. Now that we've had our fill, we'll go on a short hike and enjoy the mountain panorama.
We'll definitely stop here again.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a wonderful view. The rooms are simply but adequately furnished. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly.
Unfortunately, the overall feel was already very "winterized." Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay, and we felt comfortable.

I tried a very creative dish with blueberry sauce, and my companion ordered a pear sauce. Both were savory with a sweet undertone - perfect match for the fantastic view. The patio space is on the smaller side, with wobbly tables. The cuisine was well worth tempering my restaurant pet peeves!

Il posto è incantevole con vista mozzafiato, richiama molto le Highlands. I piatti sono autentici e abbondanti. Ottimi i pizzoccheri ed i secondi di carne accompagnati da birre artigianali. Io ho pernottato e tornerò sicuramente.
