Place with a beautiful view of the lake, you can also get there by car. Unfortunately there are few spaces for parking and certainly in summer on beautiful days it is very crowded. The bar in front is nice, the staff are friendly and the service is discreet.

The restaurant is in a wonderful location. Good food and mediocre service. Cold environment, probably the heating was on minimum or even turned off

A real discovery! Then discovering that "the Vickingo" lived in the same town as me... in any case the best pizzoccheri I've ever tried in my entire life... tasty and plentiful washed down with excellent loose red wine. I don't know the recipe with which I can prepare such tasty pizzoccheri (with ribs) but I'm sure there is a well-kept secret. The Vikingo hut was recommended to me years ago for the particular delicacy of the pizziccheri, and in fact I liked it very much.

We stumbled upon it by chance without a reservation but they found us a place for the car and also a nice table. We ate very well and everything was very tasty. A place worth returning to. I'm not talking about the view of the lake, if you have to see with your own eyes...

Dopo una camminata sul lago cercando dove andare per pranzo decidiamo di fate un po’ di tornanti e andare in qs locale Porzioni abbondanti e buone (tagliatelle di castagne) Prezzo adeguato Personale gentile

vale la pena di fare tutti quei tornanti. baita molto carina sui monti di Sorico, la vista da davanti il ristorante è spettacolare (vedi foto)m chiaramente bisogna anche essere fortunati con il meteo. Cibo molto buono e classico di montagna. Locale chiaramente non chic ma curato, non ho speso tanto ma pensavo di spendere meno (in confronto con altri ristoranti della zona provati).

04/03/2025: Excellent food, very nice and comfortable, the environment was wonderful, the open kitchen was also excellent, the service was also excellent, we were welcomed by chef Luigi and guided in this culinary and sensorial experience. We also received the plate of good memories to jealously guard.

26/03/2025: I was a guest for four days for a relative's hospitalization at the Lanzo hospital. Very nice rooms, good dinner and friendly and very helpful staff.
18/12/2024: Beautiful evening after having done a metabolic walk as a group last Friday evening ... and we had a really good dinner ... excellent atmosphere ...... we will return as soon as possible ... also to enjoy the excellent dessert at the end of dinner ... pizza dough with Nutella 🤪
