The Granbaita Hotel in the Dolomites is exceptional both for its location and its services. We spent five days in suite 201, and everything was perfect. As experienced travelers, we were impressed by the quality of services, the refined catering, the unique care given to the decoration, the high-end materials used and an attentive team, present without being intrusive. The spa is a true haven of peace, with saunas, a hammam and a Himalayan salt cave, offering an enchanted break. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to return. Hugues and Michaël Aveyron France

Baita autentica e storica Cucina locale abbastanza buona e posizione molto comoda da raggiungere (anche se non si vuole camminare molto prendendo risalita Ciampinoi e poi seggiovia da due). Il menu presenta i soliti piatti da baita comunque buoni. Abbiamo assaggiato varie portate del giorno e nessun commensale è rimasto insoddisfatto. Strudel pazzesco

Viste le recensioni, abbiamo deciso di provarlo il giorno di ferragosto...e non possiamo che confermare le ottime valutazioni di questa baita. Location molto bella visto che si tratta di una baita dell'800 (con degli angolini in particolare all'interno veramente deliziosi) con vista sul Sella , servizio veloce (a ferragosto c'era il pienone ma siamo stati serviti praticamente subito) e molto attento (complimenti a tutto lo staff perché sono veramente organizzati), prezzi veramente alla portata considerata la qualità dei piatti e i prezzi spropositati che si trovano in tantissimi altri posti in val Gardena, CIBO STREPITOSO!!! Abbiamo provato tanti piatti (perchè poi siamo tornati anche il giorno della partenza... per concludere in bellezza la nostra vacanza in Val Gardena)...gnocchi di patate e ortiche con ragù di speck, stinco a cottura lenta, tagliatelle fresche (le abbiamo viste stese al sole al mattino stesso!) con finferli appena colti, lasagne con ragù di speck, grigliata mista ...tutto buonissimo...per non parlare dei dolci!!! Assolutamente da provare ...noi torneremo sicuramente
