I spent a day in the spa and it was an amazing decision!

The hotel has a very well-organized spa, offering plenty of relaxation opportunities. It's very clean and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It's definitely an experience I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful day at the Savinela Spa, including lunch. The spa was fantastic, with professional massages, a sauna, and everything perfect. Access to the beautiful and quaint indoor and outdoor pools was also included... it was snowing outside. Finally, the lunch was exceptional.

It was an amazing experience with my family, the hotel is luxurious and the staff is fast and works very hard. The location is perfect since it is in the center, and they provide shuttle busses to take you to whatever slope you would like. The food is amazing and always warm, while the buffet is big and offers many choices. The rooms are big, have enough space, the bed is really comfortable and also the bathroom is big and has everything you need. The spa area is one of the best parts of the hotel, they have a big pool inside and outside, and the water is really warm, and the sauna area is big and perfect for relaxing without children. Overall, this is some of the best restaurants I have stayed in, and will definitely be coming back.

Our favourite place to stay in the Dolomites for a ski holiday, Hotel Gran Baita has become a genuine home-from-home that we look forward to returning to year after year. The food is consistently superb, with generous breakfasts and beautifully prepared dinners that feel closer to fine dining than to standard “ski hotel” fare. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is relaxed and casual, so you can properly unwind after a day on the mountain. Staff are friendly and always make us feel genuinely welcome, from reception to the restaurant and bar, and that warmth really adds to the overall experience. Gran Baita is the place we keep coming back to, and it’s the first hotel we recommend to friends planning a trip to the Dolomites.

We attended the day spa as non-residents and had one treatment (back massage). All staff were very welcoming, relaxed, and made me feel special. The spa is spacious, with lots of different facilities, with several jacuzzis and a good sized pool that extends outside via push-button controlled glass doors. To be able to swim in the outside pool in January and reach out and touch the snow from the spa is very special. Valentina gave me a wonderful back massage with hot oil, she was just perfect, she’s tall but of slender build so I was extremely pleasantly surprised to discover she was so strong and gave me such a wonderful back massage. Thoroughly recommended after a morning’s skiing, and excellent value for the choice of facilities and the perfect service and lovely welcome I was given.

Pros : location, super friendly and professional staff at the restaurant and reception , clean rooms with great amenities Cons : standard rooms way to small, restaurant cuisine with fine dining ambitions but the meals lack taste and presentation… I strongly recommend to ditch this approach and switch to home made Italian meals like good pasta & pizza Verdict : not the greatest value for this money

For four years, I've been staying at this beautiful hotel in the winter, and I've also been here in the summer. In both seasons, I've had a wonderful time, thanks to the excellent location, the services, the stunning views, the comfortable rooms, the excellent food, and the wide variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. The spa offers ample space for total relaxation and privacy, and a menu of very pleasant treatments!

We stayed at the Gran Baite last year during the Christmas holidays, including celebrating New Year's Eve at the hotel, and it was a simply wonderful experience. It's a historic hotel, with stunning architecture that immediately exudes charm and warmth. The rooms are beautiful, meticulously designed, and truly comfortable. The spa is wonderful, perfect for relaxing after a day on the snow, while the ski rental service was incredibly efficient and convenient. The restaurant also gave us great satisfaction: the cuisine is top-notch, and the hotel also features a gourmet restaurant open to guests, a testament to its sophisticated and high-quality cuisine. The bar offers a wide selection of wines, and every evening the atmosphere was made even more pleasant by the piano bar, a detail that truly makes all the difference. Once again, a truly enjoyable holiday in every way. Highly recommended hotel.
