I confirm the positive reviews: I enjoyed the tricolor trofie with pesto, the delicious farinata, and a good Ciliegiolo wine...once again, this is an excellent restaurant.

A simple trattoria serving Ligurian cuisine. The emphasis here is on authenticity, healthy food, and a fair price. The farinata is excellent, and the tagliata is very good. The menu changes seasonally. I always love coming back.

A real trattoria, discovered by chance in August, we had 1 farinata 1 trofie with pesto 1 meatballs with peperonata 1 veal with tuna sauce 1 stuffed vegetables 1/4 of white wine 1 crème caramel €44 I challenge you to find such low prices, despite the price the quality is excellent if I were to return to Chiavari I would know where to go to eat BAICIOTTO

Location pulita , degli anni 60, personale gentile. Ho mangiato la farinata e devo dire , che è la migliore mangiata a Chiavari . Ottimi anche i ravioli al sugo e la cima alla genovese. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo

08/09/2025: A step back in time. Simplicity, attention to food and guests. Very generous portions, and if that weren't enough... a second helping is always ready. Kudos to the entire staff. One piece of advice, though: you need to have plenty of time.

17/10/2025: Had dinner on Thursday 16/10 and luckily found a place... Ligurian-style octopus, black and white gnocchi with fish ragù and... stuffed anchovies... top, very fair price and very attentive and courteous staff.
17/10/2025: Ugo is always a guarantee. When our Tuscan friends come to visit, we always go here because it's a great place and the food is divine. Last week was no exception. Fettuccine with pesto, amazing stuffed anchovies, excellent fried fish. Sacripantina and Camatti to top off a fantastic dinner. Fair prices!
