The whole city is a fantasy, but I came there when it was free

Everything is perfect except breakfast, breakfast is not tasty at all, everything is sticky, as if from cheap shops, there are no ordinary cereals

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days at the end of May and it was AMAZING!!! Very tasteful hotel, great beach club, beautiful landscape with a combination of mountains and sea. That alone would be top level. However, what makes the hotel exceptional is the staff. We have already stayed in many beautiful and high-priced hotels, but we have never experienced this extraordinary level of friendliness, competence and attentiveness. The reception team helped us plan our day trips (train schedules to the Cinque Terre were printed out, great restaurants were recommended and tables were reserved...). The restaurants in the hotel and in the beach club were also of the highest standard and couldn't be beaten in terms of service. For example, upon request, I received the wine accompaniment from the Lux Lucis restaurant sent to my room in a personal letter. You won't find nicer and more competent staff in any other hotel. That means luxury. Thanks to the whole team!!!

I would add a wonderful SPA where you can relax and receive manual treatments or treatments with cutting-edge technologies.

The hotel is amazing - the rooms are nice 😍 the staff are very cheerful and helpful - bicycles are available 🚲 for free transportation. And the nice big dog that belongs to the hotel.. overlooking the sea, may God bless it 😍 The city is enough for 3-4 days ❤️

I liked the environment, good breakfast, but dinner, to be seen again, not an evening of good food, Maybe because it's not open season yet, but all the dinners leave something to be desired, the waiters were excellent, poor people didn't know what to bring you, but all frozen and canned foods, I'm sorry, I can't, you advertise well

My whole experience with hotel principe was fantastic, front desk & concierge were super kind and helpful all the time. I would definitely love to come and stay here again .

Very nice hotel with spa and perfect service, always very helpful. The breakfast was good with a nice choice and the rooms were nice and quiet

Good location if you have car, GREAT service never saw it before, everyone was keen to help us, Micheal and Carloina helped us finding resturents, researving tabels, even building iternaery through Google map for day trip, well communicated through WhatsApp. Definitely, recommend the hotel for this area to explore Pisa, Lucca, the towns by the sea
