For me, a native of Romagna and Riccione, coming to Bagno Conti in Cesenatico is a joy. Pleasantly retro, it's beautifully organized. The bar is welcoming, and the staff makes me proud to be from Romagna: friendly and kind. We arrived in the late afternoon; it had been a rainy day, and the sun only returned after 4:00 PM. They assigned us an umbrella and two loungers, just for a couple of hours, and they didn't charge us. They also organize evenings with outdoor cinema and dinner. I won't miss it next year! Well done, encore!!!

Historic beach resort on the Riviera Romagnola with a large distance between the umbrellas. Also equipped with bar and restaurant service. For the fourth star, a valid expansion of the restaurant menu would be enough. For the fifth, a nice restoration of the historic structure and a renewal of the furnishings would be needed.

They really know how to treat customers! During our visit we had a small problem with two desserts, which unfortunately did not live up to expectations. After returning them, the manager immediately took action to understand the cause, demonstrating great attention and seriousness. We really appreciated the fact that he personally investigated and quickly discovered that it was a problem with the supplier of the desserts. But what struck us most was the way he handled the situation: with professionalism, transparency and a strong sense of respect towards the customer. As a gesture of courtesy (even though he was not obliged to), he offered us the rest of the drink as compensation. A truly rare attention nowadays. Absolutely positive experience: we will definitely be back. Service and management 10 out of 10!

The clean environments, external and internal spaces the beach with various types of activities, with excellent morning and all-day catering with lunch on site well served by the staff and the chef in the kitchen, with proposals that satisfy 360 degree needs, which vary from day to day. The building refreshed and fixed every year, maintaining as faithful as possible to the original style of the establishment, which makes it unmistakable and unique. Very good !!!!!
