Da Fiore has long been our favorite restaurant in Venice. We were happy to see it is still thriving, as we had not been back since the pandemic. The menu is seafood focused with great pasta dishes to start. We always have one of Chef Mara's amazing risotto dishes. This time followed by soft shell crabs. Excellent service, always. Every table in the restaurant was taken, most by locals. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of dining at Da Fiore Restaurant and every aspect of the experience was simply excellent.
The Pinot Grigio, delicate and well balanced, accompanied the dishes perfectly. The ricotta with salmon and dill was a refined and tasty start. The king crab, served with broccoli and egg yolk, was incredibly fresh and tasty.
The potato gnocchi with the prized black truffle were a triumph of intense flavours, while the ravioli with scallops and ricotta were sublime, presented with exceptional attention to detail.
Finally, the chocolate cake with raspberry sorbet was the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable meal: a balance of sweetness and freshness that left a special memory.
Congratulations to the Da Fiore Restaurant team for their attention to detail, the quality of the ingredients and the care of the service. I can't wait to return!

Chic restaurant. It's soft shell crab season and they are great here. The oysters are always at the highest level 👍👌 and in general this is the best restaurant in Venice, for my taste 👌👌👌

A place with a claim. I booked through Google Maps, they responded promptly. We were greeted warmly, all the waiters are incredibly attentive and helpful. The restaurant is not the biggest, the atmosphere is pleasant, there is a small, wonderful terrace overlooking the canal.
They kindly offered prosecco for an aperitif. Then they brought a bread basket, although it did not contain the most delicious bread. But the Sauvignon Blanc was wonderful. And, despite the fact that I ordered a glass, they opened a new, perfectly chilled bottle in front of me.
The thin grissini were the best. First they brought a compliment: arancini mini with basil cream. As an appetizer, I ordered baby squid with mashed peas. Well... the dish is about nothing. For main course - eel. It completely copied the banal unagi in marinade and glazing. Garnish: mashed potatoes. The portion is not very big. Not a masterpiece either.
The choice of millefeuille with orange cream for dessert was disappointing. The dough was too dry and there was a hint of salt; only the orange cream was tasty. We must pay tribute to the waiter: in response to my comment, he brought me a wonderful piece of homemade Colombo for coffee and deducted dessert from the bill. Overall, overpriced. I wouldn't go a second time.

We had a recommendation from Andrew Harper Travel in the U.S. When I tired to book online it was vague if I had a reservation confirmed or not. So I had to visit the restaurant during the day to make sure I had the dinner reservation. When I went t there one of the owner’s sons told me I had to agree to pay 30 Euros per person in case I had to cancel, which I gladly obliged on the spot. When we went there for dinner we were given the least desirable table and was told that we had to care in less than two hours, which we agreed. The food was great and the servers were attentive. When we asked for the check the problem started. They have charged me for something that I did not order and after three times that I returned the check for adjustment I finally got the accurate amount. I am hoping that they made honest mistakes for the first couple of times but when we had to return the bill for the third time I felt either they were extremely disorganized or they intentionally overcharged us(I hope they didn’t). All I can say to the customers who dine there please make sure you check the bill thoroughly so that you don’t get overcharged.
