My husband and I had dinner in this restaurant last January 5th and we were lucky enough to have the place just for us. It was a magical evening to say the least, because the waiter Riccardo, of a more unique than rare kindness, had prepared a table for us right in front of the lit fireplace and guided us with preparation and skill to taste the delicious dishes. In fact, the menu follows Lorenza De' Medici's original recipes, based on Tuscan tradition and local food but with combinations of particular and precious flavours. Praise here goes to chef Gianluca Di Virgilio, who made us savor beetroot ravioli stuffed with goat cheese, cappellacci made with fresh truffle pasta and pecorino fondue, braised beef cheek with cocoa sauce and spring onions and other exquisite delicacies we have never tried Before. Thank you so much for everything, despite the distance we will try to return as soon as possible!

El entorno es precioso y visitamos con grandes expectativas después de haber leído las críticas. Sin embargo, nos pareció que la comida era bastante decepcionante y el servicio distraído en el mejor de los casos. Como resultado le dimos el postre y los cafés una falta.
Quizá fue una noche libre.
El restaurante estaba lleno, así que esto también podría tener un impacto.

We spent a fantastic day thanks to the excellent service of the waiter Riccardo, who proved to be extremely professional, kind and attentive to every detail. He recommended delicious dishes and made sure we didn't miss anything throughout the lunch.
The quality of the raw materials was excellent, but Riccardo's welcome and treatment made the experience truly special. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Although we didn't have a reservation, they made a place for us since it was a holiday and the restaurant was full. The spectacular food and the spectacular second course bacon, for those of us who only eat that in the stew or as torreznos... It has been quite a gastronomic experience and the wonderful views despite the rain and fog!! Of course a 10 goodbye!!! They treated us wonderfully and the food was delicious!!

Very good restaurant, on top of a hill and near a monastery.
The view from the terrace is magnificent, with Tuscan woods and vineyards as far as the eye can see.
The service is top notch, as is the food. The dishes are excellent and the wine pairings are perfect.
I spent several unforgettable evenings there.

Posto magico dall'ambientazione suggestiva...l'esterno è veramente curato con un giardino pieno di luci d'atmosfera.
L'interno forse è ancora in cerca di una vera identità. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione invernale con abbinamento di 5 vini dell'azienda. I piatti più buoni sono stati la.zuppa di cipolle con fonduta di pecorino e la millefoglie di zucca. Grande assente del menù: la pasta!
Il personale è super gentile e competente.

A hidden gem! It's probably the best meal we've ever had. The chef is a genius, and the staff was amazing! The location and views are wonderful too. If you have the chance to dine here, don't miss it!
