Bad Siess In Renon

We stayed at the guesthouse for four nights with half board and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The food is exquisite, lovingly prepared, and simply delicious. The hotel is down-to-earth, quaint, and our room had a breathtaking view. We lacked nothing and were completely satisfied. Many hiking trails start directly from the hotel. We would love to come back!

The restaurant is fantastic. Awesome mountain panorama, friendly service, and delicious food.

When we hike on the Ritten, we traditionally stop at the Bad Siess Inn. The terrace offers a stunning view, and the food is very good. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up in recent years, and the service isn't always professional—friendly, but sometimes inexperienced. Overall, it's still a lovely place that we enjoy visiting, even if there's room for improvement.

A fantastic hotel. 1450 meters high. The rooms are very nice and quaint. They are cleaned every day. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The prices are completely reasonable. We took half board with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was very tasty and beautifully prepared, with a wide selection, and you can put together all sorts of dishes. You can also make your own juices from fruit and vegetables. Every evening, dinner is a surprise menu with a small starter, a first course, and then a second main course, rounded off with a fantastic dessert. The cable car and all the nearby hiking trails are very easy to get to. As I said, the chef was very personable, and the entire staff was very nice and attentive. It was well worth it; it was a fantastic stay. There's a Finnish sauna and spa baths.

A truly pleasant, small inn with excellent cuisine and exceptionally friendly staff. The magnificent mountain views are the icing on the cake. It's a great starting point for hikes to the Rittner Horn, the earth pyramids of Lengmoos, Barbian, or excursions to the Seiser Alm, Carezza Lake, Selva Gardena, Bolzano, and more.

We had lunch here. A very beautiful place with a fantastic panoramic view and a small church. Good food. Prices are reasonable. The only downside: they included a sauerkraut salad on the bill, which was more than the recommended amount. Be careful and check your bill, which isn't cheap already.

I had lunch at their restaurant. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The dumplings were delicious, especially the cheese one. The Kaisermarrn was exceptional! Perhaps one of the best I've ever eaten. Compliments to the chef and the waitresses. The only downside was a few too many flies. Highly recommended!

Una locanda che avevo già conosciuto in una delle nostre camminate sul Renon, a pranzo, sotto il loro bellissimo albero nella terrazza con vista a valle. Incantevole. Questa volta abbiamo passato la notte in una delle loro stanze. Un ambiente tradizionale e accogliente. Semplice nell’arredamento. Con la stube e la chiesetta. Lo staff gentile e sorridente. Una menzione speciale va alla loro colazione. Ho trovato davvero tutto quello che desideravo! Uova strapazzate, uova alla coque, macchina per la centrifuga con verdura e frutta fresca, macchina per la spremuta fai da te, pane di tutti i tipi buonissimo, salumi formaggi e anche dei mini croissant, insomma: ho girato tanti hotel in Sudtirol ma qui si sono superati. In ultimo vorrei fare i complimenti per come hanno accolto in modo gratuito il nostro cane. Credetemi torneremo sopratutto per questo. In Alto Adige ultimamente alcuni hotel sono impazziti con la tassa per il cane. Che dorme per terra vicino alle nostre scarpe sulla sua cuccia!!! Grazie davvero. Rimanete sempre così per favore. Ho dei piccoli consigli per lo staff che spero saranno apprezzati per migliorare: la cena era ottima di grande qualità ma le quantità erano davvero misere, e dopo una giornata a camminare avremmo desiderato qualcosa in più. In altri hotel troviamo il buffet di verdure e questo fa tanto la differenza. L’abbiamo fatto notare alla gentilissima ragazza che ci ha serviti ma non si è proposta di portare nulla di più. Peccato. Ultimo consiglio: le uova strapazzate a colazione erano molto salate: io consiglio di lasciare l’ospite decidere la quantità di sale preferita. Niente di che. Tutto il resto è perfetto. A presto!
