I love coming here to oww even though the experience is never 100% perfect. I always find many delicious vegetarian options, starting with the appetizers and then the sandwiches and wraps. The highlight for me is still the oww sauce with the fries, which are always perfect. The main problem is that since the place is always very busy, the staff is often slow or makes mistakes, but I understand the speed and stress; they're always ready to fix it; I sense their desire to do their best. Even in the kitchen, due to the speed, the dishes are a bit poorly prepared, and that's what bothers me more. For example, the cheddar on the sandwich practically falls out of the bun (haha), or the wraps aren't cooked enough. In short, they're often not prepared with much attention. Let's just say I expect it because it's a fast food restaurant, not a restaurant (although... the prices aren't fast food, but I have to say the dishes aren't either; in my opinion, they're of a higher quality, and it's also the only place with so many vegetarian and vegan options). Overall, the experience was positive and I've been coming back for years because it remains the best at Puglia Village, post or pre-cinema!

What can I say, we were waiting for the potatoes that came with the sandwich and the classic sticks arrived, for the rest the meat was good and so were the sandwiches overall but I saw the staff a bit hesitant when opening, which became more evident as more people arrived. The wooden tables were so sticky that I had serious doubts about their cleanliness.

Locale carino ed efficiente in cui poter pranzare dopo una lunga passeggiata per negozi. Qualità dei piatti buona come anche i prezzi. L'unica cosa piccola "negativa" è il dover pranzare in un luogo un po' rumoroso.

Ho mangiato la puccia con hamburger, nel complesso gustoso, puccia buona, hamburger un po' meno. Personale cordiale, abituato a gestire un abbondante clientela. Unica pecca un solo bagno ( e neppure per i disabili) e anche non pulitissimo.
