Definitely a convenient stop within the outlet, even if the wait outside is noticeable.
But let's look at the menu. In theory, it's varied, with options to suit almost everyone (from vegetarian to more "fit" dishes); in practice, sometimes half the menu isn't available, if not more.
Definitely room for improvement, especially since it's a well-known, well-loved format that works.
The location, moreover, is always very welcoming, with its wooden furnishings and distinctive character.

What can I say, we were waiting for the potatoes that came with the sandwich and the classic sticks arrived, for the rest the meat was good and so were the sandwiches overall but I saw the staff a bit hesitant when opening, which became more evident as more people arrived. The wooden tables were so sticky that I had serious doubts about their cleanliness.

The food is standard fare, but the staff serving tables and working in the kitchen are admirable for their efficiency and speed. The atmosphere is typical of all the chain's restaurants. I felt like my feet were sticking to the floor when walking; it probably needs to be washed more frequently.

We were there on the evening of January 5. The food was good, the waitresses were friendly. The only downside: the guy behind the counter was quite rude and arrogant toward the waitresses. We all have bad days, but we should never forget to treat the people we meet with respect, especially if they're young people who sacrifice their evenings working!

We've had lunch there several times, and the quality of the food is always excellent. The service is impeccable, and our order has always arrived very quickly. I highly recommend the Old Wild West at Molfetta Puglia Outlet, compared to the others, which are slightly lower quality.
I'm finally publishing this review because I've tried all the Old Wild West restaurants. My Platinum level is an example, which you can see in the attached photo, but this one takes first place. 💯💯💯💯💯
