The honey was so good it was cut with a honey sauce that was amazing. The first courses were equally good, but the best came with the dessert, with that wonderful tiramisu (even if it was a bit small 😂). Wonderful service and atmosphere.

Such a cute and intimate atmosphere with super lovely staff from the kitchen to the front of house! Loved it so much my wife and I visited 3 times. We tried their wine tasting where the sommelier was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service!

29/09/2025: I believe this hotel deserves a five. The views of the city are remarkable. The service is impeccable and the rooms are clean with all the amenities one would expect. Nicholas was without a doubt, the best hotel host I have ever experienced in all my years. He and his staff constantly went out of their way to provide one on one personal service. From putting on dance music at night to greeting us in the morning with fresh food and champagne. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel above the city of Florence.
25/08/2025: A gem in a beautiful city. Close to the heart of Florence with the beauty and calmness of the countryside. Service was excellent, staff were friendly, every need anticipated. The food, the room, the courtyard, the pool, all well designed and convenient. Beautiful location. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Recommended by a friend.
