Lunch and dinner on the 31st were arranged at the last minute, but were greeted by kind and helpful staff who made room for four. The dishes were beautiful to look at and, above all, of high quality. A wide selection of wines was available.

I was there last year and it was already beautiful and welcoming. Today I saw some changes inside, including the really nice tables.
I had the usual carbonara, which is always good.
It's in the historic center of Tarquinia, next to the museum and the entrance to the city.
If you're in Tarquinia, go there.

I highly recommend it! I stumbled upon it by chance and would definitely go back. The risotto with stewed rabbit was superb, as were the ossobuco and cappellacci in brodo. The waiter is very friendly. A great place to eat well at a reasonable price.

The friendly and welcoming wait staff offers attentive service. Their recommendations for pairing wine with food made the experience even better. The portions of both appetizers and entrees are generous, and the quality of the food is exceptional: the carbonara my wife tried was excellent, but I still dream about the cacio e pepe. The prices are fair.

We were in the area at the beginning of August and came here to try what we'd heard was the restaurant with the best carbonara in Tarquinia. The staff was extremely friendly, and the location in the center was very welcoming and clean. We obviously went straight for the carbonara; I've personally tried several, and this was one of the best! Fantastic cream, and pasta and guanciale cooked to perfection. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

We came here just a couple of days ago and returned today. The pasta is amazing, and it's right across from the Etruscan Museum. I loved it.
