We were in the area at the beginning of August and came here to try what we'd heard was the restaurant with the best carbonara in Tarquinia. The staff was extremely friendly, and the location in the center was very welcoming and clean. We obviously went straight for the carbonara; I've personally tried several, and this was one of the best! Fantastic cream, and pasta and guanciale cooked to perfection. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

We came here just a couple of days ago and returned today. The pasta is amazing, and it's right across from the Etruscan Museum. I loved it.

Last year I was in Tarquinia on holiday and I thought of trying this restaurant as soon as I read the menu and I saw tagliata salt and oil I fell in love if I can recommend medium cooking it flakes in your mouth and then for the service I have to say everyone is very kind the environment is one of those few that makes you feel and feel good it was truly a memory and this year tasting that tagliata again melted my heart

This is the second time we've stopped at this restaurant opposite the museum. Honestly, both times we've had excellent food. The service is fast and friendly, and the quality/price ratio is absolutely excellent. Highly recommended.

The staff were helpful and kind, accommodating our requests to veganize the pasta. The garlic and oil and tomato and basil spaghetti were delicious. Their helpfulness, kindness, and the quality of the food made all the difference.
