Satisfied room and location with decent price.

Impeccable in terms of cleanliness and service. Comfortable rooms, good mattresses, and well-heated rooms. New, fully-equipped bathrooms. Very well located, right on the main tourist center: the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle. Well connected to the rest of the city. Recommended

A really affordable hostel in a good location near the center. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily, and it was generally very clean. Unfortunately, it got very cold at night despite the windows being closed, and in the morning, I was woken up by construction noise due to the thin windows. It's also a shame that no one responded to my request for a replacement because I forgot my headphones.

I had a problem with my original accommodation and had to look for something last minute, the reception was 24/7 at Babila and they saved my night. Thank you Francesco you were so kind

Advisable/recommendable environment, sober, clean, quiet; Overall the money is well spent here. Both the guests and the staff are well-mannered and courteous, however with regard to the latter being part of the reception desk there is a certain inertia or there is a tendency to be asked several times to resolve, if any anomaly is found, even a small one such as repair/replacement to guarantee the functionality inherent in the area or if the guest needs something from them; in essence it is necessary to improve some behavioral and organizational factors to improve the efficiency of the service.

The hostel is incredible. The facilities work in perfect condition, the showers and bathrooms are always clean. It has a super complete shared use kitchen with a good view of the street. Very friendly staff I would return without thinking about it

It was my first time staying abroad and in an hostel and im so happy to find Babila Hostel & Bistrot . Rooms and toilets were so clean, the people i stay with and receptionist were very friendly, kitchen and terrace was big and quite. Location was great safe and 5 min walk from Duomo. It was an unforgettable memory for me.

Beautiful hostel close to the old city center. We booked a private room and everything was clean and working. Comfortable bed as well. As a bonus, the well made breakfast buffet is included when staying in a private room.

I wish other people knew respectful hostel etiquette, because that’s the only reason I’m leaving a 4 star instead of a 5 star The men in my room were so rude in when they would turn the light on or make noise when people are trying to sleep and also spending hours in the bathroom early morning?
