Babila's Bistrot & Bar In Milano

Hello. I stayed at the hostel for 3 nights. The location and price are unbeatable, but I'd like to talk about the noise. If you're someone who values ​​their sleep, I wouldn't recommend a hostel in general. It was my first experience, and it's only natural that we all have different schedules, so you'll find that you're woken up either too late or too early. The service was very good, the staff super cooperative, and the cleanliness was very good. Overall, I recommend it with earplugs. Otherwise, it's great.

It is good for a city hotel, it is close to the Basilica of Milan, but the breakfast in the morning was very small, there was a 2-slot toaster for the entire dining room, the rest of the breakfast had a cake, ham and cheese to make a sandwich, butter, jam and cocoa cream. The room I stayed in was the one for 8 people, the bathroom was good because there were 2 showers and 1 toilet, so showering at night was no problem. But in the bed area there was not much space to leave our suitcases, even though we had small suitcases, nor was there much space to get ready in the morning.

Very spacious and comfortable room with a secure locker to store your things, except my suitcase didn't fit in it. The entire hostel was very, very clean. Sheets were provided. My room had a private bathroom and two showers. They didn't provide towels, but if you wanted, you could rent towels for a fee (I don't know how much they cost). Each bed in the room had its own lamp and outlet; there were no curtains. It had a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove (all for two), super complete and modern. It had a terrace. The kitchen and terrace opened at 7 am and closed at 12 pm. The complex has a very good location, two blocks from the bus stop. Modern hostel. It has an elevator and stairs. The reception staff were super friendly. At reception, they ask for a card when you arrive for security. If you lose your magnetic card, for example, they will charge you with the card you provided. There are no quiet hours, but it's always a good idea to respect each other's rest. There's a bar, games area, and a kitchen where you can enjoy lunch or dinner if you wish. There's a supermarket about two blocks away. Access to the hostel and room is via a magnetic card, and payment for your locker is via a shared key. A safe and modern area for easy walking. I highly recommend this accommodation.

You get what you pay for. Was one of the cheapest options and therefore not much to complain about. Within comfortable walking distance of the city center, duomo and 10-15 minutes from the tram that brings you to the coach station. The rooms were mostly clean and include lockers with keys. Power outlets were right next to the beds. They also have an elevator and a room to store your luggage before and after your stay (bring a lock). Towels were available to rent for 2€ at the reception. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The experience at the hostel was quiet, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing is in the kitchen, there are few cutlery, only a spoon and a few plates. However, for the rest it went well

staying at the Babila Hostel was a great experience! My friend and I stayed at an only girls shared dorm, which was super clean, organized and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the shower great, and we can also use common areas as a kitchen for small meals. All the workers we talked to during our stay were so kind and helpful, and it’s an easy walking distance from the touristic spots and metro stations! We recommended it a lot!

Satisfied room and location with decent price.

A really affordable hostel in a good location near the center. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily, and it was generally very clean. Unfortunately, it got very cold at night despite the windows being closed, and in the morning, I was woken up by construction work due to the thin windows. It's also a shame that no one responded to my request for a replacement because I forgot my headphones.
