We had dinner at this brewery twice. Both times we were satisfied with the quality of the dishes. Recommended are the focaccias, pizzas and burgers (everything we tried). The beers are also excellent.

We went with the Blu VOLLEY volleyball group on a Sunday for lunch. We all had a great time. Excellent high quality food, soft fornarina, local cured meats, exquisite and homemade first courses. Efficient, friendly and kind service. The availability of the owner is a plus!! We will definitely be back!!

We stopped with the U14 volleyball team (Polbottega) returning from a match. Very good and non-trivial menu at 28 euros, top beer, very kind staff and a beautiful, well-kept place. The owner also takes reservations at midnight. What more could you expect......

Superlative quality of pizza. Good food quality. The service is also good. Excellent environment. The only flaw is that with so much space available it would be appropriate to place games for children in order to attract more family customers.

Lo staff ti fa sentire come a casa, siamo clienti da 2 anni per il fine settimana e per le occasioni speciali come compleanni e feste, il locale accogliente e caldo e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Le pizze sono il top per non parlare del menù e la birra buonissima A+++++

beautiful venue located in a unique context overlooking the Montecerignone fortress. Quality raw materials, excellent beer. It's a shame that we have to dine in shifts, but the high turnout not on pre-holidays and holidays doesn't allow for alternatives.

Very nice place, but I ate a shredded steak for 19 euros, roasted potatoes full of oil... The pizza was good... The service is very kind, but then things arrive at random... There's always a lot of people and maybe this sends them haywire

28/10/2024: Immersed and hidden in the greenery, pleasant, romantic, quiet... welcoming, well furnished, fully equipped kitchen, open fireplace, bathroom with beautiful shower, large bedroom and very comfortable bed. Nature surrounds you and pampers you...large outdoor spaces, swimming pool, ample parking...the restaurant offers a traditional menu, genuine, high quality, 0km food...all its own products...from the starters to the first courses to the second courses it is a succession of unique aromas and flavors, well cooked with love and passion, excellent desserts and exquisite grappa... courtesy, kindness and professionalism... see you soon... thank you for everything... congratulations...

06/01/2025: Sono stata alla pizzeria per la prima volta, dopo consiglio di mio cugino. È un posticino molto intimo. Con un paio di tavoli e un bancone di medie dimensioni...ma la magia sta tutta lì. La perfezione degli impasti, la qualità degli ingredienti ed il calore dei titolari la fanno da padrone! Le pizze in teglia sono una delizia, dalla più condita alla semplice pomodoro e origano...le pizze al piatto alveolate e leggerissime sono una scoperta! Una tra le specialità è la "sfogliata", il cui impasto prevede un procedimento un po' più particolare, ma che la rende davvero unica! Ringraziano in modo particolare Laura per la sua estrema gentilezza! Torneremo sicuramente!
06/01/2025: I went to the pizzeria for the first time, following my cousin's recommendation. It's a very intimate place. With a couple of tables and a medium-sized counter... but the magic is all there. The perfection of the dough, the quality of the ingredients and the warmth of the owners reign supreme! The pan pizzas are a delight, from the most seasoned to the simple tomato and oregano... the honeycomb and very light flat pizzas are a discovery! One of the specialties is the "sfogliata", whose dough involves a slightly more particular process, but which makes it truly unique! They especially thank Laura for her extreme kindness! We will definitely be back!
