It’s difficult to review a place with such a strong identity, especially one that so many have already written about. What I can say, however, is that I felt genuine admiration for the welcome extended to my family. It was authentic, generous, and offered with absolutely nothing expected in return. A kind of hospitality so wholehearted and sincere that it makes you pause, look in the mirror, and ask yourself whether you would be equally capable of showing the same kindness to others. Excellent food, with an original menu that reinterprets traditional dishes while respecting kosher regulations. For example, the carbonara is made with goose breast and is dairy-free, an interesting and successful variation. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and one of the owners, Ilan, stands out for his kindness and attentiveness to customers. Located in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto, the restaurant is centrally located and very pleasant, perfect for a stroll in the surrounding neighborhood. Highly recommended!

After trying the place next door, today I decided to change things up. I had the Jewish-style artichokes as an appetizer, the fried brain (spectacular), a mixed oriental dish, and a dessert. The waiter Massimiliano was super kind and friendly. To finish, I absolutely recommend the tea with toasted peanuts—a real treat!

Super nice people, delicious food and great atmosphere. Speaks Hebrew, English and Italian excellently. Yohanan hosted us in the best possible way, was friendly and generous and we enjoyed every moment. We will definitely be back again :)

The food and service were very satisfying. The only downside was that the menu on The Fork (where I booked) was very different and cheaper than the one offered at the restaurant. I didn't think it was fair because I had chosen it based on that menu.

Yes. Just yes. From the moment we arrived, it was impressive to watch the staff prepare our order with such care. The taste was incredible and we truly enjoyed every bite. It felt joyful, generous, and full of flavor. The prices are absolutely fair, the service is excellent, and for kosher eaters — this is such a gift in the heart of Rome. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, and it’s kid-friendly as well. Honestly, I would have returned again during the same trip if it weren’t for my habit of trying as many places as possible while traveling. I will definitely come back on my next visit.
