Ba Ghetto In Roma

I came here with relatives and friends for my graduation dinner. I would like to point out that the staff was extremely helpful in agreeing on the menu and in meeting my requests, which I really appreciated. We had an appetizer consisting of courgette flowers stuffed with cod, artichokes alla giudia, zucchini concia and falafel with hummus and pita. We found everything delicious; some guests found the hummus slightly spicy, but I personally really appreciated the strong flavour and different from the usual "chickpea creams" that are often found in restaurants, and it paired perfectly with the pita. For the first course we had the gricia del ghetto (smoked goose breast, egg, breadcrumbs and artichokes), good. The second course consisted of cod alla giudia (tomato, raisins, pine nuts and potatoes) with chicory; the dishes were perfectly balanced and you could taste all the flavours. I had the dessert made, a tart with cream and sour cherries, at the restaurant's pastry shop, and I must say that the balance between sweetness and the sourness of the sour cherries was perfect and everyone loved the cake. Friendly and helpful staff, they explained every dish on the menu to us and made sure nothing was missing. There were a few small inaccuracies at the beginning, but absolutely nothing major that wasn't resolved immediately. The quality + quantity / price ratio was right, also considering the area. Overall, a more than positive experience!

We went to Baghetto with a Smartbox coupon and we had a fantastic welcome and excellent food. The location is also truly fascinating. The Roman-style artichoke was excellent, although not abundant, the cod was very abundant

Great experience. A truly intriguing menu with many specialties to choose from. A special applause goes to the staff, always smiling, friendly, thoughtful, attentive, friendly. They make you spend a nice evening with lightheartedness and many smiles (free 😂)
