27/01/2025: I usually give 5 stars to every aspect of every location of this chain, as the piadinas are wonderful. Here, however, there is a big problem: the kamut and the rolls, given their surcharge, are really pushed beyond measure, furthermore today it happened to me, for the first time, that I was interrupted several times during the order for the sole purpose of divert my preference to them, although each time I clarify in advance what dough and type you want. There is something definitely wrong: if I ask for a specific dough and piadina, I can't be asked a thousand times if I want the roll or the kamut. Bleak marketing, which cannot be bypassed given that there is no possibility of ordering except at the checkout lady. We hope they resolve this unpleasant situation as soon as possible. In any case, I will not go to this store again until the no longer first-class girl who often serves is put aside: incompetent to say the least.
