We had the opportunity to eat at this sushi during the 6h of Imola The food is delicious and has a variety of particular sushi, which is difficult to find around. The service is quick and efficient The environment is beautiful: the Japanese-style pond with Koi carp in the center of the room makes everything more evocative. Highly recommended! What I like about Ayaki is the ultra-fast service. Arrivals. You sit down. Orders from the tablet. The dishes arrive within minutes. This is much more convenient, as there is no need to order everything immediately with the fear of not finishing the food, but you can order a little at a time. The food is very good. The portions are not large which is also good as you can eat more things. Highly recommended!

The food at lunch is normal, in the evening the all you can eat menu is a little more complete. You eat with the owner breathing down your neck who, after 45 minutes, starts coming to your table to ask what's missing because he wants to free up the table for the next customers. Which happens regularly. However, I go there every now and then because my children like the fountain with fish in the center of the room.

It definitely wins first place as the best Japanese restaurant in Imola. Perfect location, pleasant and welcoming place; good food and well plated. I recommend it as a pre-evening with friends. Medium-high prices, perhaps dictated by the good quality of the food.

It is a place suitable for everyone: for groups, couples and also for those who want to eat alone in a welcoming and informal environment.

Unfortunately if you are in company you have to eat all the same otherwise you can't go you can sit at the table together which is why I would give it 1 star
