Late night stop with Annina, delicious sandwich! Mrs. Maria is so sweet! Together with her colleague Antonella, super 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 I hope to come back to this service station again.

The shower is a little dirty but the water is very hot.

I stopped at the Autogrill Scaligera (eastbound, I think north) during a trip on the A4, and I have to say it's one of the nicest and most functional service stations I've visited recently. The facility is modern and bright, with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the Soave hills—you almost forget you're on the highway! I had a coffee at the counter (excellent, creamy as it should be) and a focaccia from the dedicated area: crispy and light dough, fresh, quality ingredients (prosciutto crudo and top-notch mozzarella). There was also the self-service "La Fucina" area with delicious hot dishes, and the dessert display was inviting. Everything was served quickly despite the occasional line. Clean and well-maintained restrooms, ample parking with charging stations (useful!), and decent WiFi for checking emails or maps. Tidy outdoor spaces are perfect for a relaxing break. Small cons: the prices are typical Autogrill fare (cappuccino + focaccia around €7-8), and it can sometimes be a bit chaotic at peak times, but for a quick stop on the road it's more than okay. The quality is above average compared to many others. Highly recommended if you're passing through – I'll definitely be back!
