On the way from Venice to Zurich, I stopped by a rest stop for a meal with the Flixbus driver! I got off the bus for a while and just took a breath of fresh air... to evaluate... haha.

When we drive back home we always stop here in the early morning for a coffee and a pee. That's 3 to 4 times a year and for 35 years, so we know the location very well. The toilets are always clean and have only recently been renovated. Excellent coffee for Italian prices. Highly recommended and then you can skip expensive Switzerland altogether.

Definitely the best auto grill I've been to in Italy, a small parking lot, but good food, friendly service, and the most important thing for me are well-kept and clean toilets, the shower is also great and free, I recommend it to everyone 😄

24/07/2024: carissimi amici imprenditori per la prima volta ho provato il ristorante, sono cliente Maserati da 10 anni x cui era inevitabile! 11 e Lode ! ho portato il.mio reseller del Brasile e sua Famiglia. tutti felicissimi! Gabriella, Franco ( lo schef ) Parolini & figli tutti gentilissimi! consiglio la pasta fresca all ' uovo! tutto pulitissimo e ordinatissimo. Dario Nicetto NICEM SpA.
21/07/2024: Più che una cena un "viaggio" nei colori, nei sapori, nei profumi, nella sperimentazione, negli abbinamenti e nella grande esperienza dello chef Franco Caffara e della sua brigata. Ogni piatto è un capolavoro: nulla viene lasciato al caso. Si percepisce lo studio, la ricerca che porta alla raffinatezza. Nulla è banale, o lasciato al caso. Tutto è estremamente studiato per dare a chi assaggia una esperienza nuova e indimenticabile. Ottimo il servizio, discreto ma attento. Ottime le spiegazioni dei piatti. Il personale è molto preparato. Ottima carta dei vini. Torneremo.

24/09/2024: Anders als in der ständig überfüllten Altstadt von Menaggio ist es hier oben sehr viel ruhiger. Die Begrüssung und der Service waren tadellos. Wir hatten einige spezielle Tagesgerichte, von denen wir besonders die sehr feinen hausgemachten Ravioli und das Hirschragout empfehlen können. Alle Gerichte waren sehr geschmackvoll, der Hauswein ist gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Für alle, die nicht zu Fuss kommen, sondern mit dem Auto: es gibt einen grossen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.
18/08/2024: Très belle découverte, le cadre est admirable le service exemplaire et les plats copieux et savoureux au point que nous sommes revenus le lendemain mais chaque fois avec réservation. Nous avons goûté les plats locaux schiatt et Pizzocheri excellents même surprenants ! La polenta est une de leurs spécialités et elle est très savoureuse. Mention spéciale pour le tiramisu avec un vrai goût de café.
