A must-try when visiting Florence is the tripe bun. I noticed a long line in front of this food truck, so I joined the queue. 😂
Personally, I found it a bit too greasy, but those who enjoy fatty meat will find it quite satisfying. If you happen to be passing by, give it a try!

I’m hesitant to add a star rating on this one because, while I found my sandwich too abundant with fatty, white portions of the meat, I know many people would consider this meal heavenly. Obviously it’s a popular place. Customers were lining up. The service was great, the flavor was incredible, the bread was delicious. Not a walking sandwich, quite messy, but the price was an incredible value. Not sure I can eat another meal today.

I tried both the tripe and the lampredotto.
Prices are average.
The queues are interminable at certain times, but the sandwich vendor always manages to get things done before their turn; everyone is very good.
They accept electronic payments.

I had the lampredotto sandwich at Aurelio's! Having never had it, I said, "YOU MAKE IT!", and I must say, I was right to trust him! Delicious! This sandwich is truly spectacular! 🤤
