Aubergine In Abano terme

For our wedding anniversary, we chose "Aubergine" thanks to the website's recommendations. Without reservations, we were able to secure a table in the evening. The welcome was friendly. The setting is very pleasant. The tables are spaced apart. You feel comfortable there. We appreciated the glass of prosecco served as an aperitif. We ate very well, dishes that you don't necessarily find in other restaurants. It was when we wanted dessert that things became more complicated. The menu is exclusively in Italian, a language we don't speak. (I speak four other fluent languages.) With the help of the slightly older waitress, we made our choice of dessert, which we enjoyed like the rest of our meal. Thank you again to her for her kindness. The chef had given up on courtesy towards us by making it clear that he wasn't looking for tourists as customers. Fellow tourists, if you want to taste the delicious cuisine of "Aubergine", please speak Italian or use an online translator.

An elegant and welcoming place, but the owner, Riccardo, definitely adds a touch of class: friendly, cheerful, and professional. The staff is kind and polite, and the ingredients are excellent at fair prices! We'll definitely be back; such a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere is hard to find!

Qualità ingredienti freschi di campo, sapore vero del cibo. spaziali i fiori di zucca e carciofi spadellati con gusto e leggerezza fuori dal comune. Millefoglie allo zabaione preparato da Giusi..sublime come la carta dolci innovativa che si distingue. Servizio accurato e con un tocco di gran classe da parte di Marika. Prezzo esiguo rispetto alla esperienza gourmet degna di segnalazione

Trovato per caso ad Abano Terme, uno dei pochi ristoranti aperti quando siamo venuti. Personale gentilissimo, piatti buoni e anche i prezzi sono adeguati.
