The pistachio "bull's-eye" pastry was amazing, and the chocolate one was very good too. The waiters were super friendly. The coffee was good as well. Perhaps the only downside was the loud music on the radio. I would definitely go back.

The Attibassi bistro in Bologna is a spacious, well-kept, and truly beautiful place. The owners, Elvin and Irma, are warm, kind, and always available. Their son, Alex, also deserves a special mention: he makes impeccable coffee. The pastries are always fresh and delicious, but their real strength is their Albanian cuisine, with tasty and carefully crafted dishes that I absolutely recommend you try. Every dish exudes tradition and authenticity. In short, for me, it's one of the best bistros in Bologna: welcoming, authentic, and with excellent quality in both service and food. I highly recommend it!

01/11/2025: High-quality ingredients expertly crafted. In short: signature artisanal gelato. Among the flavors I've tasted, I'd like to highlight a few "original" ones, a true delight for the palate. They also offer—reservations recommended—great options for celebrating birthdays and other occasions, or for making a great impression at a friend's house. The Sacher semifreddo (cake or individual portion) is superb.

18/10/2025: We wholeheartedly recommend it. The food is truly excellent and the portions are generous. You can also order takeaway (a huge selection). If you're gluten-free, it's definitely a good choice. The service is very friendly, smiling, and welcoming. We'll definitely be back if we ever have the opportunity. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
14/10/2025: I had one of the best lasagnas and bolognese of my life here. It beats the traditional ones as a gluten-free option too! The place has the feel of a quality restaurant. They are incredibly friendly. The dessert was still delicious and had a great texture the next day! A bit expensive, which wouldn't be a problem, but the portion is very small. I was thinking about 4 stars for this reason alone, but most of the above convinced me to give it 5*!
