We had the pleasure of enjoying afternoon tea at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence; an experience so delightful that we returned the very next day. The setting is breathtaking, the atmosphere refined yet welcoming, and the tea simply the best we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed an Espresso Martini , without a doubt, the finest we’ve ever tasted. A heartfelt thank you to Antonio and the wonderful team at the Atrium Bar for their warm hospitality and impeccable service.

We were at Atrium Bar for tea and had a wonderful, peaceful experience. The space is elegant and calm, with beautiful design and a serene atmosphere inside the Four Seasons Florence. The tea selection was excellent, served with care and accompanied by delicate pastries. It felt luxurious yet welcoming, with attentive and professional service. It’s an ideal spot to take a quiet break from the busy city. While on the expensive side, the experience, setting, and service make it worthwhile. A refined and relaxing afternoon treat.

The desserts were wonderful, the tiramisu and the forest cake were 10/10, and the stars were a beautiful place with soft, exquisite music. The staff was super attentive and super friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed this place.

We returned to the Four Seasons Florence after staying here last year, and once again it was a truly unforgettable experience. The Atrium Bar has become our favorite spot in the hotel, and this time we chose it to celebrate our daughter’s freshman year at the NYU Florence campus in Villa la Pietra. We were fortunate to be looked after by Leonardo, whose service was outstanding — gentle, funny, professional, and attentive in every detail. He even surprised our daughter with a thoughtful treat to mark this special milestone, which made the evening all the more memorable. The combination of the refined setting, warm hospitality, and Leonardo’s exceptional service made the Atrium Bar the perfect place to celebrate. We cannot recommend it highly enough, and we look forward to returning again soon.

The Atrium Bar at the Four Seasons Florence is everything you would expect from one of the most exclusive and beautiful hotels in the city: classic, charming, and intimate, with a truly elegant atmosphere that reflects the historic grandeur of its setting. The bartenders embody what one hopes for in Italy – consummate professionals with warmth, impeccable manners, and a genuine passion for their craft. Service is both attentive and graceful, enhancing the entire experience from start to finish. As anticipated in a venue of this caliber, drinks are priced at the high end (approximately €25 per cocktail), and we initially intended to enjoy just one. But the first was so exceptionally crafted that it turned into four rounds of truly outstanding cocktails. A standout recommendation is the barrel-aged Negroni, easily one of the best we’ve ever had – balanced, deep, and perfectly executed. The Atrium Bar is the ideal place to unwind after a full day in Florence – serene, stylish, and unforgettable. Highly recommended for those seeking a refined end to their evening.

Truly spectacular place, kind and super helpful staff, very particular cocktail menu and a huge selection of spirits. I highly recommend it when you have a little more to spend.

Well, unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the actual area of the bar as it was undergoing renovations, but it was a lovely site nevertheless! The service was outstanding, and combined with Italian friendly hospitality, chefs kiss. The drinks were delicious although the size of them was a bit smaller than I would’ve liked. Food? We had a salad and a burger, the burger was fantastic but the salad was really nothing special unfortunately. So that takes 4/5 stars in the food department
