We had a great time. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

A welcoming, slightly rustic place, with friendly and helpful staff and very good food. We had a mixed prosciutto platter, and then the Osvaldo focaccia (the name of the prosciutto) was the bomb, truly delicious. We recommend it.

Stopped by Atmosfere La Stua during a trip through Slovenia and Italy for a relaxed dinner with partners. A calm, intimate place with a warm alpine-style interior — wood, soft lighting, and a cozy local feel that invites you to slow down. We shared beautifully grilled meat, cooked precisely and served simply, letting the quality speak for itself. Paired it with an excellent Amarone della Valpolicella, which fit the setting perfectly. Service was friendly and unpretentious, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. A great spot for a quiet dinner, good conversation, and proper northern Italian comfort food.

Beautiful place, excellent for aperitifs and appetizers, highly recommended if you want to dine on quality grilled meat, helpful and always friendly staff.

Very nice place in the heart of Gorizia, the girl serving us was kind and knowledgeable, excellent cuisine and wine cellar, the only flaw was the temperature inside the place, it was December on the occasion of the feast of St. Andrew and our ladies had lunch without taking off their jackets and without any of the staff asking us anything about it, shame, the food can be excellent but lunch in the cold NO!

The staff was very friendly and competent. Nothing was bad: magnificent hams and very tender meat. Excellent.

Atmosphere: La Stüa is located just steps from the center of Gorizia. The atmosphere is a perfect mix (in my opinion) of classic Friulian and modern. It's not huge but comfortable, divided between the restaurant and a bistro-style space for quick meals, offering platters and bruschetta, etc. We tried the restaurant for lunch. The Toc' in braide appetizer was excellent, as were the first courses, especially the fusilli with stewed duck sauce. Fast service, excellent value. Recommended.
