Welcoming place. Excellent service. I had a prime fillet steak; I'll definitely be back.

We were passing through Gorizia and after a few attempts to find a place for dinner, and then a few rejections because it was 9:45 PM, this place told us we could go in, but we needed to get there quickly! We ordered a tasty, slightly spicy goulash and the pork shank covered in a reduction that made it exceptional. Both generously sized dishes were complemented by potatoes that tasted like a cross between baked potatoes and mashed potatoes—I could have eaten two kilos of them! But the real highlight was Tom, the young waiter who exudes zest for life from every pore, a truly efficient and pleasant guy. I definitely recommend stopping there.

A nice restaurant in the center of Gorizia. Specializing in meat, as you can tell from the aging room in the middle of the room. The industrial-style decor isn't exactly the height of originality. The food is good, but nothing memorable or unique: the dishes are good, but you can find them almost anywhere in Italy. Prices are decidedly high, especially for wines by the glass and, inexplicably, for the cover charge. Would I return? Maybe, but I'm still undecided.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and the staff are very friendly, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. The pasta was undercooked , not even al dente , and the beef was a bit overrated considering the price. Overall, a nice place to visit for the setting and service, but the dishes could definitely use some improvement.

We arrived as two families (4 adults and 2 children) on Sunday around 6 pm just for an aperitivo. Total bill: €50. And, I repeat, a bowl of chips and a bowl of taralli. My son goes to the waiter and asks if (after the second round) we could still have chips. They refused, saying they were out of chips. A rather sad response, especially given to customers who were, in fact, eating. Disappointing. Very nice atmosphere, but given the treatment we received, I obviously don't think we'll be back.

Very nice and welcoming restaurant. I had a truly remarkable braised cheek. The service was fast and attentive. The breadsticks they brought with the bread were truly extraordinary; I could have eaten 200 of them.

Siamo passati davanti a questo locale in diverse occasioni, ma non pensavamo fosse il ristorante scelto per cena. Dal nome, immaginavamo qualcosa di più classico, invece è moderno e in questa stagione ha molti tavoli esterni, per offrire una miglior proposta anche fuori. Personale simpatico e presente. Menù non molto della tradizione, anzi molto poco. Cucina saporita e gustosa. C'è stato solo un momento in cui non si è capito cos'è successo al servizio: chiesta 3 volte una birra e per 3 volte stava arrivando, poi alla fine è arrivata, ma eravamo già a fine pasto. Prezzi leggermente più alti della media. Consiglio di prenotare.
