We arrived as two families (4 adults and 2 children) on Sunday around 6 pm just for an aperitivo. Total bill: €50. And, I repeat, a bowl of chips and a bowl of taralli. My son goes to the waiter and asks if (after the second round) we could still have chips. They refused, saying they were out of chips. A rather sad response, especially given to customers who were, in fact, eating. Disappointing.
Very nice atmosphere, but given the treatment we received, I obviously don't think we'll be back.

Very nice and welcoming restaurant. I had a truly remarkable braised cheek. The service was fast and attentive. The breadsticks they brought with the bread were truly extraordinary; I could have eaten 200 of them.

The place is really very cute and welcoming, in the most beautiful part of Gorizia, in my opinion. The staff is very kind and polite. I've had the best goulash in years, with reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

We discovered this place on the TV show "4 Ristoranti" and our expectations were high.
Everything was fine, the food was excellent, and the meat was amazing!

The quality of the meat was certainly good, and the service was excellent. Everything we ate was decidedly delicious. However, from a place with high prices, I would expect a greater focus on the local produce, starting with the meat. I have no doubt that Argentine, Polish, and Australian meats are good, but so are the Friulian ones, which I've had the opportunity to try elsewhere, and in any case, we have plenty of equally good national ones. Friuli is a region rich in excellent products that deserve greater recognition. For example, I was disappointed by the extra virgin olive oil, which didn't seem up to par with the rest of the food. A little more local selection and a little attention to detail would be enough to earn a 5-star rating.

Siamo passati davanti a questo locale in diverse occasioni, ma non pensavamo fosse il ristorante scelto per cena. Dal nome, immaginavamo qualcosa di più classico, invece è moderno e in questa stagione ha molti tavoli esterni, per offrire una miglior proposta anche fuori.
Personale simpatico e presente.
Menù non molto della tradizione, anzi molto poco. Cucina saporita e gustosa.
C'è stato solo un momento in cui non si è capito cos'è successo al servizio: chiesta 3 volte una birra e per 3 volte stava arrivando, poi alla fine è arrivata, ma eravamo già a fine pasto.
Prezzi leggermente più alti della media.

Abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima di Pasqua, e sono riusciti a riservarci un tavolo nonostante l'affluenza notevole. Menù pasquale eccellente a metà tra tradizione e innovazione, un equilibrio che ci ha colpito. Ottime tutte le portate, compresa la rivisitazione della pastiera napoletana.
Servizio ineccepibile che ha coniugato perfettamente professionalità, competenza e simpatia.
Direi senza alcun dubbio tappa obbligatoria per chi viene a Gorizia.
