Atlas In Roma

Food is good, But staff charges different prices at different times for the same item. That's not good.

I arrived around 6 PM and there were already many regulars there. The chicken tagine was a little salty, but it was delicious when eaten with bread. The bread was topped with small, crunchy pieces of what appeared to be nuts, and the bread itself was thick and chewy, so I was full after eating two slices. (I think the three slices of bread probably came with the tagine. The person next to me also had bread.) I would have preferred a larger variety of salad ingredients, but given the reasonable price, I think this is probably a spot for locals to enjoy their daily lives. I was clearly a foreigner, but the lady at the restaurant was understanding and friendly, and always smiling.

A wonderful experience at Atlas, the food was truly delicious: we had Moroccan mint tea, various salads, all very fresh, msemen, the typical flatbread, delicious, side dishes of eggplant and spiced peppers, and finally the last remaining tagine, probably beef. I say "probably" because the only flaw is perhaps the fact that the staff aren't fluent in Italian, so it can sometimes be difficult to ask for information, but they are truly kind and helpful. The final surprise was the bill: for all this good food and two traditional drinks, we paid €13 each!!!
