Excellent products, amazing combinations of flavours. Great service by the staff. What an experience!

This gem was a highlight of our time in Rome. We popped in for a late lunch. The food was absolutely exquisite - from the creamed pea with mandarin amuse bouche, to Cuttlefish salad with lentils, beans and roasted tomatoes, to Sicilian cheeses, to the delicate almond cookies to the cold expresso with a hint of anise liquor at the end - every ingredient was inspired. The waiters were so friendly and knowledgeable - they turned a stop for a quick bite into a delightful afternoon food tour. Grazie mille.

We stumbled onto Atlas by accident for a late lunch. What a great surprise!! We had EXCELLENT light food, a wonderful beer and glass of wine, and a lovely time. Our hosts were clearly committed to the food and their products and very generous. The selection of cheeses from Sardinia was outstanding!

È cambiata la sede, il locale, gli arredi ed hanno introdotto l'aperitivo dalle 17 alle 19. Locale molto più raccolto sito in zona Prati prossimo a Piazza Mazzini. Tutto nuovo tranne la qualità e la ricercatezza delle materie prime e delle preparazioni. Cantina raffinata e con scelta ampia scelta. Esperienza enogastronomica non comune, elegante e di elevatissima qualità in un ambiente accogliente e caldo. Dolci superbi. Formule aperitivo che non sono apericene ma sapori e profumi che appagano il palato. Prezzi più che corretti per la qualità dei prodotti e per la zona. Da provare
