Superb Negroni on gin from Sardinia, from there a feast of tastes and very friendly service. The owner is truly proud of her restaurant and there is a reason for that. Skip piazza Popolo and walk those 12 minutes up to Atlas!!!

A break from the norm in terms of furnishings and offerings. A relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, furnished with taste and originality. The staff is competent yet friendly, making you feel welcomed into the home of friends. There is a meticulous search for raw materials, transformed with creativity but with respect. The result is a high-quality gastronomic experience. Authentic flavors; each dish tasted is the sum of all the flavors perceived clearly and in balance. Thoughts take you back to the past, to childhood memories, as in the case of the casizolu with its infinitely long flavor. Prices are average but still low for the offerings. The wine markups are very fair, with a wide selection on the menu that is anything but ordinary.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of theory in the dishes, but little substance. Refined ingredients, but no satisfying palate. They still have a long way to go to match their asking prices.
