Atelier Sushi In Brescia

I was there last night... what can I say, everything was perfect... beautiful place, delicious food and very knowledgeable and fast staff... I highly recommend it

We've been going to this all-you-can-eat restaurant for three years now, and it's always a sure thing. The dishes are always delicious and prepared with care.

All good , some dishes are Very good and fresh ! Some are questionable compared to they're other dishes quolity but still pretty good.

Whether you eat in or order takeout, the quality remains high. Fresh fish, excellently cooked, and served with care. I also really appreciate the 20% discount on orders placed online and picked up at the restaurant. In my opinion, the shrimp tartare, Giò Flambé, and Amebi Flambè are especially worth it, as they're incredibly tasty thanks to their smooth, velvety miso sauce that's simply irresistible. And then there's the Aebi green roll, lobster roll, and rice noodles with expertly sautéed shrimp.

Very nice and well-decorated atmosphere. Efficient staff and reasonable prices. Parking nearby is fairly easy to find.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, ordering is only possible via tray in Italian (with pictures of each dish). We ordered a 40-piece sushi platter for €35; the rice was a bit too hard for our taste, hence the deduction in points. The platter itself was very nicely presented. You could indicate any food intolerances (almonds, gluten, pistachios, etc.) on the tray. The prices are absolutely reasonable.

Everything is really excellent and worth trying.

Extensive menu, good dishes, such as tartare, sashimi, sushi, seafood, and seafood salad. I always love returning. For now, one of my few favorites among the Brescia restaurants.
