Asylum In Collegno

Excellent discovery in the Collegno park, simple but well-kept place, menu not infinite but with excellent alternatives, all fresh and seasonal. We particularly enjoyed the starters and first courses, next time we will return for the second courses and we will try to leave a little more space for the desserts which looked really inviting! Truly surprising wine list, and I say this as a sommelier! If I have to find a flaw, we were sold a simple soft grappa for one that is aged for 3 years in wood, which had aroused my curiosity because it was described as "not barricaded" (so the three years of aging Wood?) Service perhaps a little too fast, probably due to the large number of seats present. We will definitely return in good weather to be able to eat in the splendid internal garden

Inside the Collegno park there is this splendid restaurant offering Piedmontese cuisine. You can opt for a meat-based menu but they also have some fish-based dishes. Characteristic place, small, but very attentive service and staff attentive to your requests. Absolutely recommended.

Inside the Collegno park this atypical venue finds its perfect location. Part tavern, part bistro, it offers a zero-mile menu with many tempting dishes. Run by young people who exude passion in what they do, it is truly a beacon, which stands out brightly in the panorama of Collegno. Rich and tempting menu, excellent raw materials, excellent wines, in short, what can I say: we have to go back! Well done, well done, well done!!!

Good food, excellent service, great environment

Optimal. We had a great time. Dinner last night, my wife and I and Zoe, our little lagoon. Quality food. Service ok. We will be back.

The restaurant is located inside the park, you arrive and are welcomed with kindness and professionalism by the staff, the environment is very quiet, we find a perfect combination of informal and "elegant". They have a sommelier who recommends wine based on what you have chosen to eat, they have a vast choice of wine labels from every Italian region and even something international. The dishes are balanced, all the flavors blend perfectly, the products are undoubtedly first choice. As I told the waiter, I couldn't choose the best one from the dishes. In summary, a largely positive experience in all aspects, certainly worth trying for those who have not been there and repeating for those who have already chosen to visit Asylum bees trò. Once again I renew my compliments to the dining room staff but also a great note of merit to the kitchen.

Per la prima volta ci siamo recati in questo locale che abbiamo trovato confortevole e con personale gentile. Ottimo il flan di cardi alla fonduta raschera, buoni anche gli altri piatti tipicamente piemontesi. Un grande parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze con area di accesso al Parco videosorvegliata. Forse occorrerebbe qualche indicazione/cartello in più accanto all'accesso che conduce al ristorante.

Sono stata in questo ristorante per un pranzo domenicale in famiglia. Il locale si trova all’interno del parco della Certosa di Collegno, e d’estate dispone di un piacevole dehor in aggiunta alle due sale interne altrettanto accoglienti. Menu interessante con la giusta quantità di proposte, pensate per tutte le esigenze. Prezzi forse leggermente più alti che altrove, ma torneremo comunque volentieri.
