Finally, a proper tartare! Fresh… actually, very fresh, and perfect in every way! The atmosphere is very elegant, spotlessly clean, and everything is meticulously prepared… as are the dishes, which are excellent and plentiful. I'll definitely be back because your tartare has stayed in my heart.

Discovered by chance, it was a pleasant surprise. Excellent location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The menu was carefully curated with quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The grilled meat was excellent. The fresh roses in the vase added a final touch of refinement. Congratulations!

Restaurant with a very refined atmosphere. Competent and friendly waiters with elegant but not pushy manners. Menu with a wide choice of refined dishes made with local and fresh ingredients. Large cellar with many local wines of which the waiters know every detail. Absolutely perfect.
