26/04/2025: My experience at Osteria Satyricon was a true journey through flavors, curated with care and passion. The lamb appetizer opened the lunch impeccably: the flavors were perfectly balanced, intense but delicate, and the whole was extremely pleasant to the palate. The real star, however, was the first course, tortelloni with squid ink. A surprising and harmonious dish, where each element seemed to communicate with the other in perfect harmony. The dough, which I believe was hand-rolled, had a perfect consistency and the combination of flavors was so well studied that it really left its mark. An experience that I enthusiastically recommend to those who love refined, creative and authentic cuisine. Compliments to the chef and all the staff!

06/04/2025: Restaurant with a beautiful location, very welcoming. Too bad the dishes offered were far from what was promised (on the website). This is especially true for the paccheri with crab sauce and anchovy sauce (it only tasted like tomatoes, how is it possible that you can't even taste the anchovies?) and for the cutlet (overcooked, totally devoid of salt and tasteless meat). A little better for starters and desserts. Good service. Not a high bill, but not in good relation to the quality (absent).
