Highly recommend this hotel. It is welcoming with friendly staff and great facilities. It is on the promenade and only 24 mins from the train station, great for exploring the local area. Breakfast is really good with every option available. Would definitely return.

Very good hotel, great location, excellent breakfasts, especially we want to mention the waiter Kleydi. Always serves with a smile, professionally, communicates with everyone in their language. This is simply the highest professionalism. And this makes breakfasts even more enjoyable. Thanks to Kleydi and all the hotel staff.

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel.
The staff is courteous, and there's a nice lobby and bar.
The room was spacious enough, and a dog blanket and two bowls were provided for our dog (€20 surcharge per night).
Points that could be improved:
1. Cleanliness
2. The rooms seem a bit lackluster and in need of renovation (bathrooms were good).
3. Breakfast (fruit juice consisted mainly of water, bad bread and croissants, butter from France, and jam from the UK)
More emphasis should be placed on quality and regionality here.

Stayed on the 6th floor in a room with a breathtaking view. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in the room, but perhaps the portions could be improved a bit as we requested fruit, but in the end there wasn't any (it doesn't matter 😌).
The staff were excellent, as were the pool and spa. The location was strategic for visiting Viareggio.
The only thing that could be improved was the very limited parking for the price.

The staff were all friendly and professional, the breakfast buffet was very generous, and dinner was simply amazing! Everything was excellent, and the chef created a variety of high-quality dishes every evening. I would have loved to use the spa, but since I was traveling alone with my 9-year-old niece, I couldn't. I would suggest time slots for younger guests accompanied by adults. I highly recommend it!

Clean and lovely place. The problem is the parking. The place provides parking for 30 euros or parking outside until 00:00 pm. Either way, it's expensive.

From our sea view room we had an uninterrupted view of the sea with sunset. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. Klejdi listened to our every wish at breakfast, was always smiling from ear to ear, was helpful, charming and very professional!
The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall ok. The hotel has fitness equipment, a small spa and an indoor pool (just a pool with no loungers).
Since the hotel is on the street, it is very noisy.
Our 9 nights in the low season were acceptable in terms of price-performance ratio.
Unfortunately, the town of Viareggio doesn't offer much for children and we wouldn't spend a holiday here again as a family.
