We went to Asteria in Sant’Agata di Militello and had a truly excellent experience. We started with bresaola and buffalo mozzarella: the freshest ingredients paired beautifully. The seafood salad was fragrant and delicate, with the flavor of the catch speaking for itself. The spaghetti with clams was a true delight: perfectly cooked pasta, a flavorful yet balanced sauce. Next, the mixed fried fish, and especially the fried local squid, won us over: crispy, dry, light, and full of flavor. A place that works with great respect for the raw ingredients and showcases local products to their fullest. Courteous service and a pleasant atmosphere complete the experience. A pizzeria restaurant located on the seafront of Sant'Agata; spacious, especially in summer when you add seats (about 400) outdoors; efficient and fast service, even when the restaurant is full. Clean bathrooms, not only at the beginning of service, and always with the necessary things to wash and dry your hands.

Great food, great service, great experience, service was fast, fish was good, price was 50 euros for 2 people with one mixed grilled seafood plateau and one slice of grilled swordfish, both were delicious, prosecco was good, my wife had some cake, very high value for the price compared to other places
