Nice restaurant, I found the decor a little cold, very competitive prices, very fresh raw meat, hot appetizers, tasty dishes... I found the scampi cream risotto excellent. Advised

Very nice and comfortable place, even if not very large. The food is excellent and healthy, even for me as I have various intolerances. The affordable price is the lowest I have encountered so far. The all-you-can-eat menu also includes drinks, which is uncommon. Finally, the staff are super courteous and attentive to the needs and requests of each customer. For this reason 5 stars would not be enough to define it.

Assolo Mare in Rome is a good restaurant for those looking for fresh and well-prepared fish dishes. The raw meat is really high quality, with delicate and refined flavours, while the second course I tried was also very good and cooked to perfection. The staff were kind and attentive without being intrusive, making the experience pleasant and relaxed. I liked it and consider it a valid option, especially for business lunches or for those who want to enjoy good fish in a quiet atmosphere.

HI .... I hope you accept my criticism, I am the owner and chef of a restaurant.....service and environment I gave 4 and not 5 stars only because we have different tastes in furnishings, In the kitchen sector, which is my 360° responsibility, I would have some notes to make. The risottos are either made well with the classic risotto process using Carnaroli arborio rice etc... Or it is better not to offer them......the risotto that arrived at the table was not a risotto.....it seemed as if the rice had been boiled in water, drained and added to the sauce...the result was a separated and non-creamy risotto with too much seasoning which did not have time to flavor well without obtaining a creaminess which instead differentiates the risotto from boiled rice and then creamed with the seasoning. Having said that, I reiterate that these are opinions expressed by me, who am a professional chef, therefore they are fussy opinions and do not call into question the freshness or quality of the product but rather the methodology and the imperfect execution of the dish. I will definitely return to eat in this place with the hope that my advice/judgment can be constructive and improving for the cuisine sector.

Excellent food very kind staff Top

Today I went to this restaurant for the first time and honestly I was happily satisfied, as I am very demanding. Simple and nice atmosphere very kind and attentive staff very good food, there are 2 formulas, fixed menu and à la carte I recommend it, give it a try and you won't regret it.

Delicious food and generous portions

The two waiters, a woman with glasses and streaks and a man with a beard and glasses, simply delicious!! The 4 stars are for you. You have a professionalism (which is so lacking) that is rarely found except in certain locations, you raise the quality of the restaurant so a big thank you to you. The structure was... If we had arrived at 2.00pm (as we had booked) we would not have eaten anything because already at 1.30pm many things were no longer there and had not been restocked...
