So the food was delicious. We came with my mom's colleagues, and the service was friendly. But it loses points for the 30-minute wait, only to be served 6 grilled ravioli. The only difference was the pasta outside, with the soy noodles. The setting, overlooking the parking lot and close to a sidewalk, was delicious.
If you're hungry, I recommend it. If you want quick food, go to McDonald's.

Food was great. Service is great too, and it didn’t seem pricey at all. The waitress only spoke Italian so that was a bit hard as a tourist but we were able to manage!

What a surprise! We went in blind and found a menu packed with dishes that were unlike anything you'd find at a typical Chinese restaurant. The potato pasta and fried eggplant are highly recommended. The kitchen, presumably to accommodate Western tastes, tends to keep the spices and heat to a minimum. If you like them, however, we recommend asking the staff to add them for an even more authentic experience!

I ordered two dishes (both udon) for takeout, waited very little, and they were fantastic, tasty, and juicy.
