I wanted to update my review after my recent experience at the gelateria, but since I wrote it a few days ago and it hasn't been a month, I can't write a new one, just edit it. I initially expressed disappointment at the lack of the usual bag of wafers with my 1.5 kg tub, but I was impressed by the group member's prompt response. I received a very kind email inviting me to pick up a free gelato tasting. This gesture demonstrated the attention and care they dedicate to their customers, and I am truly grateful for their willingness. I would also like to thank all the staff who welcomed me with warmth and sincere apologies. It's nice to see that such a beloved gelateria values ​​its relationship with its customers! I can't wait to return and savor their delicious gelato and brioche, which my son loves so much!

Artico Gelateria is my favorite gelato shop: every time I stop by, I get a gelato! In addition to their excellent seasonal flavors (I love chestnut and persimmon), the salted pistachio is unbeatable. They now also have Christmas jars: yesterday I got two, one with Dubai chocolate and one with nougat—delicious and super creamy. The quality is always top-notch. Highly recommended!
