Dinner with friends. The two brothers are in the trade. For the appetizers, in addition to the traditional sausages, they recommended the "chicken liver crostini" revisited as an orange confit paté. The first courses (hand-rolled puff pastry) tagliatelle with guinea fowl and porcini mushrooms, pigeon cappelletti with truffle. For the second courses they served us a perfect cut of beef (evidently tastes are personal), sweet wild boar, venison peposo (evidently without tomato), and a rabbit stuffed with a vegetable omelette.
Generous portions and without many frills.
House wine (even there it depends on personal tastes - but it accompanied the dishes well), and a relaxed environment.

Tortelli with ragù, tagliatelle with guinea fowl and porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with wood pigeon, stewed wild boar and venison with a side dish of beans and roast potatoes, house red wine, desserts, coffee and bitters. Generous portions. Price €45 each. Also worth returning in spring

20 of us went to this restaurant perched on the hill of Galiga, a very familiar, quiet and reserved environment, appetizers with excellent cold cuts, a trio of first courses perfect for the place, the very delicate peposo from cerca. Thank you very much to the restaurant staff for the welcome and for the familiarity in which they made us feel. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very positive experience from Artemide.
Very interesting location, practically in the middle of nowhere, but still about 30 minutes from Florence. Beautiful surrounding countryside, fabulous road leading to the restaurant. Barely decent parking situation; few places available considering the amount of people who frequent this restaurant - we had to park in front of a gate, also because there is no place to stand next to the restaurant on the street.
Let's talk about the dinner itself - truly fabulous "appetizer for us", from the cold cuts, to the tomato soup, to the pâté, and finally to the cheeses and jam. Truly spectacular. Florentine steak of exceptional appearance, excellent portion - but unfortunately slightly too raw in the opinion of my table, there was really 1 more minute left, and this ruined what was a meat of exceptional quality a little. It's a shame, also because from the reviews and photos seen here on Google, I had really high expectations. Fabulous side dishes, I liked the idea of "what today's harvest offered us" and I must say really good potatoes. Good sponge cake, shame the panna cotta wasn't available.
Very warm atmosphere, particularly on winter evenings - places available inside and on a heated veranda outside, I highly recommend it. Great service, relatively quick waiters. Price without wine €50 each, it seems a little above the average for the area but nevertheless I think it is a good compromise, the only thing to note was that we had only taken 1 dessert, so it seemed a little too much to me.
Last thing - change the POS! It has given problems to all the cards on my table, it certainly has some defects. We had to pay several times and then request a refund from the bank.
Except this drama and the imperfect cooking of the steak, I highly recommend Artemide - I will definitely be back. Well done.

Thanks to Massimiliano for the lovely evening he let us spend at Artemide. We had about twenty of us booked for an informal dinner. Their "appetizer" is excellent and plentiful, with quality products and a stratospheric liver pâté. The gnudi and tagliatelle with mushrooms and guinea fowl are delicious, as are the cappelletti stuffed with pigeon. We finished with some delicious desserts.
Place immersed in a suggestive reality, among our hills, and well furnished.
We hope to see you again soon.

Sono stato a pranzo in questo ristorante dove sicuramente tornerò. Non voglio usare tanti giri di parole per descrivere la mia esperienza che ritengo essere stata una delle migliori in assoluto e dove ho potuto assaporare dei piatti deliziosi. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla cura e dai sapori di ogni pietanza. Dagli antipasti ai primi piatti ma anche dal secondo al dolce hanno regalato al mio palato un turbine di sapori che mi ha davvero conquistato. Personale cortese e professionale. I titolari Simone e Massimiliano attenti e disponibilissimi. Per quando riguarda il conto in linea con le prelibatezze assaggiate. Lo consiglio? Assolutamente si se volete andare via contenti per essere stati davvero bene !!!

Le cadre est juste magnifique sur les collines, ce restaurant offre une cuisine remarquable, la charcuterie est délicieuse, les pâtes (maison) sont divines, les vins somptueux. C'est un peu loin de tout mais ça vaut vraiment le déplacement.
Le service est également de qualité.
Un détail : la réservation est fortement conseillée
