The service was average, the dough was burnt, and the mushrooms were raw. A very nice gentleman with glasses. We were there twice in three days two years ago because it was better. This was our last visit.

Visiting this Italian restaurant in Palermo was truly an exceptional experience. From the very first moment, I felt the authentic Sicilian atmosphere — a beautiful blend of elegance, lightness, and genuine warmth that Italy is so well known for. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every course was prepared with great attention to detail, perfectly balanced in flavor, and made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was clear that the kitchen respects tradition while also bringing a sense of refinement and modern creativity. I haven’t enjoyed a meal this intensely in a long time — I was genuinely impressed. The service was professional, attentive, and at the same time very natural and welcoming. The staff felt calm, friendly, and sincerely interested in their guests. I felt truly welcomed and taken care of by people who clearly enjoy what they do. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant completed the experience — a pleasant setting, wonderful energy, and that special feeling of being in a place you already know you want to return to. If you are looking for a restaurant in Palermo where outstanding food, professional service, and authentic Italian atmosphere come together, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back.

My fav restaurant during my trip to Sicily. I tried the cold pizza and it was delish, the pastas were super fresh and super tasty, the pistachio one was just the best ever. The staff was lovely. Highly recommended.

Our first time visiting here, we were happy and excited. Had we finally, finally, found a pizzaria that is excellent on every single metric? Because, they clearly know what they are doing! We ordered the Emilian and the Explosion of Flavour - and while they were not exactly what we were looking for, we could see the 'art' or 'science' behind them. The Explosion of Flavour had, unlike so many other Sicilian dishes, flavour, and the Emilian was just pure genius. The lemon/citrus dough was >fantastic<, even a bite with only dough and nothing else was still nice because it reminded you of lemon cake. The addition of the teriyaki-esque sauce and the green pesto, together with the nice amount of ham, created such a unique flavour, wow. Absolutely brilliant. We were looking for a more red/tomato-y flavour though, perhaps spicy, definitely very flavourful, but we were optimistic. So we came back a second time, and ordered the Diavoli and the Del Maso. And... We really really wanted to like the pizzas, but we were slightly disappointed. They just were not so flavourful as we had hoped for, the Diavoli was not spicy at all, and the Del Maso tasted mostly like cheese and ham (speck, but it wasn't very flavourful at all, if we wouldn't know it from the menu we'd call it ham), which was disappointingly normal and bland-ish. The olives (on Diavoli) and mushrooms (on Del Maso) felt as if they were unfrozen (because e.g. mushrooms should be smoother, not so squishy, if they are not frozen, and they also didn't give that much flavour). The San Martino and Woodcutter were fine (the mushrooms were better on the Woodcutter), and we liked the idea of the San Martino (honey and walnuts), but we had just expected more flavour. The dough, though, was again perfect, and I do want to give compliments for that, every type of dough was extremely well made. The Nutella pizza, as always, is a huge sugar bomb that does not really combine with tasteless dough, and although it's dressed up nicely with cookies and pistachio, it basically just makes you sick from the excessive sugar if you try to eat it all alone. Do share with friends. All in all, we still want to come back here to give it a third try, because the Emilian was just so perfect, and the Explosion of Flavour proves that they can make flavourful pizzas - but surely a Diavoli would also be one of the most flavourful pizzas, right? But it wasn't... Even though this disappointed us, we know the pizzeria is objectively good, so we do want to give it another chance.
