We came here tonight for the first time.
A traditional place, with a comfortable, homey atmosphere.
We ordered their appetizer of bruschetta with peppers and prosciutto, another with cheese, and a third—delicious—with sausage.
We each ordered 10 arrosticini and two liver skewers, to try: all accompanied by bread bruschetta with local tomatoes. Both were delicious, flavorful, and well-cooked. The homemade spicy sauce was superb.
The kindness and friendliness of the lady was fantastic!!
Highly recommended if you're in the area!

On vacation with the family, this place was recommended to us: an easy-going trattoria, with a family-friendly welcome, and the meat and local produce are its strong points! All the staff were incredibly kind. We'll definitely be back!

A place discovered by chance... and now a must-visit!
I discovered Trattoria Foro by pure chance, but since then it's become one of my favorites in Francavilla al Mare. Every time I return, Isa—the owner—makes us feel at home with her genuine and attentive welcome.
Even though the place started out as a bar, the attention to the ingredients and the passion they put into cooking are evident, from the first bite to the last. From the simplest bruschetta to the always well-executed pasta dishes, all the way to the truly special arrosticini: both the classic meat and liver ones.
A small, authentic corner where you eat well, feel good, and always want to return.
