Arnolfo In Colle di val d'elsa

Absolute perfection from start to finish. We came here last July and still talk about it. Our favorite meal and restaurant we’ve ever been to and can’t wait to go back.

I returned to them last night: the last time I had been to their historic location in the centre. The new restaurant is beautiful both inside and out and is also interesting on an engineering level. Coming to the point, after having tried many other starred ones, I can affirm that the Arnolfo experience surpasses even that of the most renowned in the world. I tried the vegetarian menu, intrigued by the proposal: it was absolutely up to par. Giovanni Trovato deserves a special mention, for his extraordinary ability to welcome "guests" and tell them about Arnolfo's evolution; Giovanna, for her professionalism and empathy in the room; Alessandro for the time dedicated to explaining the cheese selection trolley. The cellar and the precious advice of the sommelier are surprising. But thanks also go to everyone else, by whom we felt truly pampered.

The experience in itself is a world of art. The chef is amazing and the food even better. Definitely will be back

What a wonderful setting. The building as a gigantic viewmaster on the Tuscany landscape. The use of yellow open book marble, the round tables, the wine cellar, etc etc And then the food : exquisite pieces of art and design. And above all, the top service, the focus on the detail, the concentration in the kitchen.. This is restaurant many would like to copy, but very few will succeed What an experience.

Very refined restaurant. The location is very suggestive. The fully glazed room offers a view of Colle Val d'Elsa, located right on the hill opposite. The completely open kitchen offers a unique spectacle: seeing chefs of this level at work offers a unique pleasure. As is well known, Chef Arnolfo has two Michelin stars and tasting his dishes releases an unexpected explosion of flavors on the palate. The service is up to the level of catering.

For me one of the top 3 restaurants of the world. Top friendly competent service, food is outstanding and the architecture is fabulous. Will come back soon!

I gave this evening to my wife Eugenia on the occasion of her birthday! It summed up the evening, wonderful! And if a Brazilian says it!!!!

Experience of the highest level, everything perfect. Quality of the food, presentation of the dishes, location not to mention the always attentive, prepared and professional dining room staff. But what are they waiting for to give them the third star!!!!!
