We had wanted to have this experience for a long time and doing it on a spring day with 30° outside confirmed the thesis. Amazing location, but what we immediately perceived was impeccable service, a note of credit to our Sommelier who guided us in an exemplary manner. Even the girl in the room agreed to our whims about the variations. As for the rest, what can I say, you will only see trolleys with incredible things on them going around in the traffic of this little paradise in Rubiera. Everything arrives on trolleys, but everything really. A great and incredible note of merit must be given to the tagliatelle. Hands down the best I've ever tried, with an encore agreed to by the room, lovely. The sauces for the incredible, unusual boiled meats, the giardiniera with the egg and the very spicy apple above all. And when you think it's over, that's when the dessert trolley arrives and, between soup and a Sambuca masterpiece, it kills you (with joy). If when you ask him for a grappa the Sommelier arrives with a bigger bowl than you, then you are in the right place. Truly wonderful experience, maybe next time we will do it with much fewer degrees when you go out, but this too was important. Thanks Arnaldo, but above all thanks to the current brigade and the meticulous service because if you have had the star for 50 years there is a great reason ❤️

Crazy restaurant! 5 stars because there are no others. Beautiful venue, impeccable and friendly service, sumptuous wine list, more than remarkable cuisine, the trolleys of boiled meats and desserts are pure poetry. Bill perfectly in line with what was offered, we will definitely be back, well done!

Ai tavoli della clinica gastronomica si respira la storia della nostra cucina ! A rubiera troviamo casa nostra dal punto di vista culinario: non solo la nostra tradizione ma quei gusti, piatti e sapori che fanno ricordo, comfort, coccola e carezza della nonna, della mamma ! Tutto richiama alla nostra migliore tradizione : la cucina , il servizio e l’ambiente e tutto la richiama senza venire a patti con l’aspetto da merchandising della modernità !!!!! Ceniamo qui 2 sere di fila e in tutti i piatti assaggiati c’è il gusto della nostra migliore storia !!!!! Noi ci aspettavamo quello che ci è poi effettivamente stato proposto !!!!! Bellissima esperienza . Grazie perché il tutto ci ha ricordato chi siamo e da dove veniamo ! C’è bisogno di queste radici !!!!!!
