We had the "Armando" tasting menu, a wonderful display of tastes and flavors. The staff was very friendly and attentive. An experience not to be missed.

It deserves all its fame. A must-see for anyone who lives or passes through the area.

A temple of Emilian cuisine, always a sure thing. The variety and typology of local products tell a story of passion and selection. Please don't change.

The restaurant keeps Emilian traditions alive. The dishes are tasty and authentic, no doubt about it! One of my all-time favorites. I especially recommend it during the winter.

The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. The restaurant's rooms are charming, and the service includes several "carts," from appetizers to side dishes and desserts, but the roast and boiled meat cart is truly unmissable. There's a wide selection of wines, including some from their own production. Having to drive back, we chose wines by the glass; the Sangiovese Riserva Arnaldo and the Barolo Terrafredda were very good. Let the Sommelier's experience guide you. The menu is varied and well-structured. Tasting options are available. On the summer menu, we tried a capon appetizer with citrus fruits, a must-try. The roast and boiled meats are excellent, accompanied by a variety of sauces that pair well with each. You can choose the cuts that most intrigue or appeal to you. The puree is excellent. Nice, welcoming place, professional, and friendly service. The food was a sore point; we ate like at a normal, non-starred restaurant and paid more than double. Even the famous boiled meat cart we came for was disappointing—nothing special. They didn't even offer us coffee. We won't be returning.

È raro trovare posti così costanti nel tempo come Arnaldo che, pur essendo stellato, propone piatti semplici, ovviamente eseguiti alla perfezione. I menu poi propongono i must con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da provare assolutamente il carrello di antipasti, bolliti e dolci!
