Arnaldo is an incredible experience. It's almost like eating at grandma's at Christmas.
The prices are also low for everything you eat and how they serve you; I'll take a chance or maybe not with "the best typical restaurant in the province"

We went for lunch on Sunday 29th December and it was a fantastic experience!!! Location with an atmosphere that takes you back to times gone by, with attention to every detail. A service that pampers you from start to finish, with truly courteous and professional staff. The food…. Sublime!!! From the first course to the desserts!!! With top quality raw materials!!! We love trolleys and in this restaurant, the ones with boiled meat, roast meat and desserts are a real pleasure!!! We will definitely be back 🤗

Regarding the restaurant, the experience was unforgettable. We were welcomed into an elegant and vernacular environment at the same time, apparently small because it was divided into several rooms due to the load-bearing walls. In fact, the building dates back to 1200 and despite various interventions it has remained medieval in appearance and character. When the owner noticed my interest, she took me to other rooms, explaining some architectural details and showing me the room that in the past was reserved for Enzo Ferrari.
I have never seen a 1⭐ restaurant with so many waiters: all coordinated with each other and moved with ease between one room and another. The chef, always with a natural smile, served us the boiled meat from the trolley and this too is a unique event. The selection trolley is also reserved for desserts. There is nothing experimental about it. Only Emilian tradition, the best. The ham is also cut with a knife in front of the diners. I wasn't able to finish the plate of boiled meats because I was full and I wanted to save room for the famous pear with eggnog cream. For the bill I expected more.
What can I say, a more unique than rare environment for its scenography, where you can breathe the atmosphere of a trattoria but are served by a multitude of professional and friendly waiters. Raw materials of adequate quality and quantity.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best restaurant in Italy, where you can taste the true Emilian tradition. Each dish transmits passion and the true flavor of the cuisine of the past, at very high levels, quality of the products and love for the ingredients!
Best cart of boiled meats and roasts around, tagliatelle with ragù (a ragù that makes you dream) hand-rolled from the sfogline every day, the best I've ever eaten.
The tasting menu is highly recommended for a journey of culinary enjoyment!
Unique experience!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante spinti dalla curiosità di assaggiare i veri sapori della tradizione emiliana. Le nostre aspettative non sono state solo soddisfatte, ma addirittura superate! Le materie prime sono eccezionali e trattate con grande maestria. Inoltre, l'atmosfera del ristorante emana una sensazione di calore e familiarità che ti fa sentire come in un ricordo intimo e speciale (un po' come nella scena di Ratatouille, quando Anton Ego assapora il primo boccone di verdure). Torneremo sicuramente, certi di trovare qualcosa di unico, che non si può trovare in nessun altro ristorante del mondo.

Top restaurant unique in Emilia Romagna. The trolleys of appetizers/boiled meats and roasts/and desserts are still and always a wonderful rarity and an absolute certainty. Well done, always stay like this.

Locale bellissimo stile il legno del 1900.
Tavoli molto ampi da favola.
Personale attento e molto preparato.
Ristorante perfetto ma a dire la verità gli antipasti e i bolliti che ho mangiato non mi hanno dato un’emozione anche se tutto di ottima qualità.(mio giudizio personale comunque).
Comunque consiglio vivamente di andarci.
Prezzi bassi per il super servizio del ristorante che offre.
Nel caso hai sonno dopo pranzo o cena sopra il ristorante hanno anche delle camere.
