I could basically replicate Mr. Tiziano's review from a month ago... it's part of the service that took 22 minutes before anyone asked us if we wanted the wine list and what we'd like to eat. Of everything served, I found the mortadella and the filling very good, the spugnolata memorable, and the beef amazing even though its appearance would have led one to believe otherwise. Everything else wasn't exciting, including the erbazzone with filling, which is delicious, but the pasta used to make it was dry and tasteless... obviously, eating badly is a whole other story, but honestly, I don't think I'd return. On a positive note, the wine list is practically like the Divine Comedy, and the prices seemed very fair to me.

A heavenly experience I'm speechless. The food at this restaurant evokes sensations I've never felt before. Extra service: We were taken care of down to the smallest details. Location: 8 Food quality: 10 Service: 9 Prices justify everything.

Fabulous restaurant. Carts of boiled and roasted meats and amazing appetizers. A wine list... or rather, a wine book with over 1,500 bottles to choose from.

Dining at this restaurant was a true experience. Starting with the very high-level service, thanks to the various trolleys and the excellent quality of the raw materials, and ending with a more than fair price.

The restaurant serves traditional Emilian dishes. Very good. A small flaw concerns the side dishes and desserts: we weren't served, but we asked to be served.

A sublime lunch, from another era, and for that very reason, much appreciated. Care and passion go into everything served. A plus is the delightful sommelier, who explained the wines to us with love and passion. Yes, it may be more expensive than average, but it's definitely worth a try.

24/08/2025: Per gli amanti della cucina tipica reggiana o per i turisti che si trovano a visitare la città di Reggio Emilia, consiglio assolutamente una sosta mangereccia in questo ristorante -trattoria da urlo.Consigliato anche da varie riviste e guide culinarie tra cui la guida Michelin, la trattoria da Probo è un luogo assolutamente carino e accogliente in cui gustare meravigliosi cappelletti alla panna e pepe, tortelli, ecc...Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono.Il piatto forte è il carrello dei bolliti e purè
21/08/2025: One of the last places where you can eat traditional food. No fish, no pizza; the specialty is meat, especially boiled and roasted meats. Reservations are highly recommended for both dinner and lunch. Prices are fair for what you get. Ask for the daily specials, which vary seasonally. Fast service, highly recommended.
